The previous management team lacked knowledge, professionalism, and respect, which made it difficult for this building to reach its full potential. I’m genuinely glad we now have new management—they’re respectful, capable, and clearly know what they’re doing. I’ve said it before this building has a lot of potential with the right people in place, and we’re finally seeing that. The only thing we’re still missing is a knowledgeable, experienced maintenance supervisor, someone who truly understands the work and can lead the team effectively. Thank you for new management
