She was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient while answering all of our questions and showing us multiple apartments. We even changed our minds twice, and she handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She truly seems to do it all in that office, so huge kudos to her! I am loving this place. The people here are nice and friendly, while the area has been quite peaceful. Emily has been so patient and understanding, even when I was a nervous wreck; she has been so kind and caring. I would recommend talking to her if you want to apply for a place here.

The previous management team lacked knowledge, professionalism, and respect, which made it difficult for this building to reach its full potential. I’m genuinely glad we now have new management—they’re respectful, capable, and clearly know what they’re doing. I’ve said it before this building has a lot of potential with the right people in place, and we’re finally seeing that. The only thing we’re still missing is a knowledgeable, experienced maintenance supervisor, someone who truly understands the work and can lead the team effectively. Thank you for new management
