This complex has had 4 owners since I moved in and out of those 4 only 1 was understanding and willing to work with me. This place is NOT kid friendly the "playground" is completely on the other side of the complex and nobody even plays on the playground because it's filthy and run down the management get upset when the kids are playing outside with toys and yells at the kids for drawing on the sidewalk WITH chalk.....the laundry mat is always dirty and when you wash your clothes you get stains on them or they don't even come out clean because they don't clean there washers. This new management is on a power trip she has told us that we cant have charcoal grills/electric grills on our patios even when we move them from the patio to grill but yet the complex has an open grill (with NO lid) right under a wood awning that is directly under a tree....make that make sense to me.....the new management has also told us that we have to remove ALL pictures/decals from our windows because its not "a part of" the complex. This complex also charges for service animals..... I have a service animal for my daughter and I gave my paperwork to the last owner but with this new owner she has charged me a pet fee since October and when I asked for it all to be credited to my account since I have proof that my daughters dog is a service animal the new management told me since the chargers were with the last owner they cant credit it to my account but going forward they wont charge me a pet fee. There are always people racing through the parking lot and not paying attention to anybody else. All in all this complex is not a child/animal friendly place and you have to be very careful here and pay very close attention to what they are charging you!! I would sadly not recommend this place to anyone......

I'm a minor doing a rating on this because of how the people are. We moved in and found out none of the doors worked properly, My mom had to spam call the office for someone to let her out so she could go to work, There have been many shootings, One of the office ladies don't even stay in the office where she's supposed to and we've been trying to send what we need so we can leave this apartment. Some of the people aren't that bad, But the place seriously needs cameras. One of the office ladies has tried to throw my personal belongings out despite the fact she should be getting a lost-and-found thing or at least something rather than discarding property like its trashed. She's yelled at my friends for simply trying to grab said stuff about visitors not being allowed to go anywhere without someone who has an apartment there. I wouldn't ve doing a review but there's only a few ladies in the office that I trust, My only issue is one not doing her job of being in office on work hours when someone tries to call. I've been calling, My mom has also been calling for about a week now. They also lied to us about a washer and dryer, And a few other things.

Do not come here: I repeat DO NOT COME HERE. I have been here for 3 different owners ( since i am held hostage here) and each one was just as greedy as the last. I have an apartment that is well below market rate (this apartment is so out of date that the current management has never seen the carpet i have in one) The majority repairs and updates ( removing the carpet, replacing the tub and sealing around the tub, painting, counters, cabinets toilet) Can't be done because we are in the apartment and it would cause too much upheaval. But I am paying market rate for the apartment DONT COME HERE, these people are just as greedy Edit: in reply to copper chase (owner) ok lets go through it it is great that the small stuff got changed (dishwasher, and the plactic around the bottom the the tub and the rails on the closest doors) and i see that the toilet is next (which is good because it has mold inside of it) But the flooring can't be done because it would take multiple months to finsh and cause upheaval in our lives through the entire process. With the potential of injury from the equipment and/or the exposed surface itself. It is the same reason why painting can't be done The mold on the sealing is the smallest problem concering the tub. The bathroom flooded 10yrs ago and no one has done a single thing about it. There is a (VERY) good chance that there is mold behind the tub wall (based on the time there could be hazardous mold) Dealing with that also can't be done while in here. ( to be fair this one is really an inherited, because the other owners did nothing about it when it happened) So it is nice that the smaller repairs can be done but the larger ones that brings down the value of the apartment can't be done while we are in here.

The new management is the same as any big corporations. All they care about is getting you to sign and making sure they can charge for everything. I've had the wrong size ac for 3 years now, my window was broken months ago and my light they in the kitchen they took down and replaced with a new light, flashes the day after they install it and no one will fix anything. I was However going to be late on my rent. I sent a message, with no response. I took down a partial payment and it was accepted. Then the following week I get told to come get my check, they aren't taking partial payments and I owe late fees now. I've been here for 5 years and if something happens, they usually dealt with this accordingly. This new lady is a bad person and when you talk to her, you'll get that feeling too. I don't recommend this place until they find a decent manager. Pictures uploaded of my ac, window and light. Also my vehicle and almost every other vehicle has been broken into and they refuse to put up cameras. I recommend driving down Nevada before deciding to move here

Emily and the management team are professional, organized, and proactive when it comes to maintaining the community.
