Matianance is wonderful. Mateo does the best with the budget he has. He makes sure we are comfortable and have all we need. Management is wonderful Sydney and Jen are down to earth understanding folks and try their best as well. Not the best part of town but we cant fix that lol. Thanks for being a wonderful team 🥰

Excellent work. I didn't even know it was repaired. The maintenance person repaired the cabinet door while I was away from my apartment. I happened to look at the cabinet door, and it was repaired and working great!

Mateo is a super good guy. I had mentioned to him in passing if he had a drain snake. He actually asked me to put in a service order but I forgot to. He did it himself and got the tub drain snaked within a day.

I know living here is becoming unbearable! People around here are always angry and miserable, especially the elderly ones that lives here. Things become broken and lots of car break ins. The manager or management constantly changing. Lots of abandoned vehicles taking up parking spaces, and they don't seem to care. The prices keep going up and unnecessary fees are added. Like pest and I don't even have bugs, but you still have to pay it no matter what. I'm just ready for this nightmare to end!!! I won't ever rush to move in a place as quickly I did this one because of the cold. I rather suffer and that's such a shame!

I have lived here for a year and this place is a disgrace They won’t fix the two doors for building 4319 Obviously they’re letting the homeless sleep in the laundry room and pissing in-front of the units. you have criminals stealing a dog and people knocking on my door at 7 am. I had my sink clogged for a month and no one ever came to my unit to fix it so I had to do it myself. How could you do this to us residents? I read all of the reviews on google and it seems like we all are getting ignored and it seems like the staff isn’t doing nothing to fix the problem. Plus I had to have my boyfriend change the locks last year because someone tried to tamper with my front door. Lynda
