The Reserve at College Station, college-station-tx

The parking and towing situation here is awful. My roommate (a resident) was towed from his designated parking spot that he pays for. The management doesn’t bother to update the signs in the complex so the parking is unclear. A friend of mine was towed from the street where the only visible sign said “no parking on this side of the street” insinuating that parking was allowed on the other side. This was not the case. The towing service they use (Rapid Recovery) charged me $330 for the entire bill and one of the items was an impound fee of $22.85. According to Texas law this is illegal since the maximum amount a towing service can charge is $20. Aside from not following the law, this towing service charges the maximum allowable fee for all other items. I will not be renewing my lease and would not recommend living here if you don’t want your car towed from a parking spot at your house that you pay for every month.

My stay at the Reserve so far has been amazing! I have had issues that have come up, but the office is always so helpful and willing to listen to what is going on and resolving my problems in a timely manner. Bianca and Brittney from the office are always there to listen and do what they can, and helped me feel confident in renewing with what I want. Can't wait for another year of memories here :)

My women’s org has held many events here and it’s always so much fun! They have a really nice center where you can hold events, and there’s a gym and pool. It’s always kept very nice. Working with them has benefited our org in so many ways!

I went to the pool with Aggie Blossoms and had such a great experience! The facility was super clean, well-maintained, and honestly really beautiful. There was plenty of space to relax and hang out, and the overall environment felt really welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots on campus!

I’ve been to The Reserve a bunch for events with my friends and the clubhouse is honestly one of the best parts. It’s cozy, well-kept, and actually a place you want to stay for a while. Good spot for meetings or just hanging out.
