The Reserve at College Station, college-station-tx

This is such a beautiful, quaint, and quiet student housing property. We were scheduled to sign a lease at another property until we saw The Reserve! Great prices, too. Super happy with our choice to lease here. And the pool is like, what?! Stunning. It could use some updated lounge chairs and umbrellas and such, but otherwise, it's great to look at!

The Reserve is so awesome, and the staff is so helpful! I absolutely love their adorable clubhouse, and the pool is so big and always so clean! Their music choice is top tier as well! I 10/10 recommend The Reserve for any college student looking for housing. Their study spaces have gotten me through some of the hardest classes I've ever taken! Thanks Reserve!

Cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff is the best! You cannot beat the price for the amount of space you get! Nice and quiet! Lovely amenities and truly was such a blessing to live here!!!

My stay at the Reserve so far has been amazing! I have had issues that have come up, but the office is always so helpful and willing to listen to what is going on and resolving my problems in a timely manner. Bianca and Brittney from the office are always there to listen and do what they can, and helped me feel confident in renewing with what I want. Can't wait for another year of memories here :)

My women’s org has held many events here and it’s always so much fun! They have a really nice center where you can hold events, and there’s a gym and pool. It’s always kept very nice. Working with them has benefited our org in so many ways!
