I've lived here going on 3 years now, I started in a 2x2 and transferred to a 3x3 because I liked the floor plan layout better. I didn't have issues with my original unit and I don't have any issues now. My apt is comfortable and in my personal opinion super cute! I love the property, the location, and most importantly the price!

We had such a great experience moving my daughter into The Doce! The team was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire move-in process and made everything feel easy and organized. The office was also decorated so cute for move-in, which made everything feel extra welcoming. The apartment itself is really nice, and we were very happy with how everything looked. The only small issue was a broken toilet paper holder, but management responded right away and had maintenance come fix it quickly. Overall, we had a great move-in experience and really appreciated how helpful and attentive the entire team was!

Do not recommend! Location was great, but management and maintenance sucked. Utilities were not included even when they were advertised to be when signing, and I usually paid $100+ a month for utilities. They posted Jan utilities 4 months later and also posted 3 months worth all at once (May, June, and July) in June. You also pay an un prorated rent for August and July (so basically and extra months rent) Rooms in bad condition, too. I had a crack along my bedroom wall, mold in the bathroom, floor boards coming up, a dryer and dishwasher that didn’t work, etc. I had to wait 2 months for both the dryer and dishwasher and they still never fixed it. So yeah, don’t move here.

Absolutely decrepit living conditions. Unacceptable. I would rather be homeless. Firstly, there is a big garbage load in front of my home, that’s nice! Secondly, they gave me a gift of a bunch of pet cockroaches! Thirdly, the apartment has tape everywhere instead of being properly renovated. The greatest amenity are the 4 benches on top of the painted-over basketball court, and management is extremely useless. They also gave us a grand total of 3 lights in the whole apartment! I basically donate $750 a month. Stay away… Absolutely putrid apartments. Ignore the positive comments!

I have had such a great experience living in this apartment complex! A huge shoutout to Bieryn, who has been absolutely amazing. Every time I need assistance, Bieryn is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely nice. It is so rare to find management and staff who care this much about their residents. If you are looking for a place that is well-maintained and has a team that goes above and beyond, I highly recommend moving here!
