The location is excellent, and the apartments themselves are beautiful very spacious and comfortable inside. However, the exterior conditions are a major concern. The cleanliness of the hallways, staircases, and especially the elevators is consistently unacceptable. There is often trash and even vomit left uncleaned, which reflects poorly on the property. This is not a one-time issue. No matter when we come whether it’s a regular weekend or a holiday, the conditions are always the same. This points to an ongoing lack of upkeep rather than an isolated incident. It seems there may not be enough staff or management oversight to maintain the property at the level expected for the amount of rent being charged per room. This is not just a cosmetic issue it is beginning to impact the surrounding environment, including the nearby creek and local wildlife. Management needs to take stronger action to address these concerns. With better upkeep, this could be an outstanding place to live. Made a call to the city and hoping they will assist with the trash in the creek!

I’ve lived at the Harbor for two years now and have loved it. Management has been nothing but nice and maintenance has been pretty quick at getting requests done. I also loved having access to the cove and the resident appreciation weeks that get put on 4 times a year! definitely going to miss it

1. forced to pay trash valet, but there is piles of trash outside our doors because they have not picked it up in days. Mind you, our hallways are indoors so it reeks. 2. Will lose your mail, then tell you "sometimes mail gets lost in transit" when it is quite literally in their backroom the next day when you ask somebody else. 3. Maintenance genuinely cannot fix anything correctly the first time, and will leave you without working appliances for days. 4. They do not maintain any cleanliness of the apartment surroundings. Outdoor garage that we pay extra for, has no trashcans so rotten food, drinks, everything, etc. sits everywhere. 5. besides the Cove that is open for only a couple months on very specific days and times (maybe 3 times out of the week), absolutely NO amenities. (no the tiny gym with 2 treadmills does not count) 6. when you complain about loud neighbors or vandalism they just shrug and say they can check camera's but never follow up. 7. You pay around $35 bucks for a NON OPTIONAL resident package that consists of one "free" sonic drink a week.. 8. You are guaranteed to never get that heinous deposit back. 9. Will send random people into your apartment with no notice, and say the messaging system isn't working. 10. Will somehow downplay all of your problems, and will go as far as to say the problem doesn't actually even exist. 11. Alarm will go off if you look at it weird. Overly sensitive fire alarms that will go off for anything. And then, alarms in the building will go off random times and random days. Once it was on for over 15 minutes at 1:34 AM. 12. Oh but if you tell maintenance the alarm is overly sensitive and a disturbance because of the hours it goes off, they send a passive aggressive message because professionalism does not exist here! 13. leasing office is closed over any minor break! so goodluck trying to get anything fixed over winter break because its not happening since apparently nobody is employed during that time! 14. I can almost bet money they will respond to this trying to debunk everything, but I promise you half the 5 star reviews here are because the harbor begs us to leave them. The majority of the residents here will agree with everything i'm saying, so take from this what you will.

By far the WORST apartment experience! Our time at this apartment complex has been a disaster from start to finish. Management is unresponsive and difficult to deal with- emails & maintenance requests go unanswered. The leasing staff had no idea on anything! The condition of the property is NOT what is advertised. The apartment was filthy upon move-in along with an AC filter that had never been changed. Common areas are poorly maintained and filthy along with a fire alarm issue that cannot get resolved. Dog poop left in the hallways for months along with trash!! Upon move out we cleaned, painted and took pictures to make sure all areas were above expectations. ONLY to get hit with a LARGE bill of ridiculous charges!! Potential Renters BEWARE!!

I have lived at the Harbor for 3 years now and every year this place gets worse and worse, especially that now it's owned by the Arena Group. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees randomly accusing you of never making certain payments, and even after confirming on your end that you have, will insist you have not. Then, when asking for proof on their end, no one has an answer. They will have you running around like a chicken with no head constantly re directing you to no one who can give you an answer or any proof about the "missed" or "overdue" payments they've already charged to you, with no warning. Not including all the other fees they charge on top of rent making it a couple hundred more than what you're expecting to pay. Was an amazing place to live a few years ago but if you come across any place owned by the Arena Group, find another place to live to avoid issues. Edit: In response to the owner: "clarify the facts for accuracy.." Your side of the story is not how this situation has been handled at all. You guys would not even allow me to move into my new unit during July until all past charges on my account had been paid. I was not given my key on the new move in day, again in July, until my balance showed as ZERO meaning I did not owe anything. Deciding to publicly put out my payments on a goggle review instead of emailing or calling my other or I back is so extremely unprofessional. My mother has been going back and forth with the leasing office and collections trying to get an explanation for the charges and no one could give her one, but now that I have written a review, theres suddenly a full explanation? So, not sure why you're saying we haven't been attempting to seek clarification because everyone we have been directed to reach out to has not given it to us. Maybe if your accountant was competent, this issue would not have dragged on for this long.
