i’m reviewing my experience with the staff. i’m for full disclosure, i haven’t moved in yet but i toured multiple times and was asking loads of questions and the staff were super nice. they were super patient and so sweet at all times, whereas other apartments’ i’ve spoke to were really bad at communication and had no patience. one thing i really like is the fact that they are so easily reachable, there’s no ai agent that picks up the call and it’s very easy to get on call with the leasing office! sofia was the girl who helped us and she was beyond sweet and i’m so excited to move in to this community!!

I had a great experience working with Sofia during my apartment application process. She was very helpful in providing information about current specials and made sure I understood the next steps clearly. Sophia was friendly, professional, and easy to reach when I needed to call back with questions. She also processed my application in a timely manner, which made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and helpful attitude.

Im planning to move into this place with a friend and from the looks of it, the place is really nice and the pricing is actually really good compared to other apartments. The people that work there are actually really kind. The bus stop is also close so it's nice. the rooms individual rooms are also nice and have enough space along with a nice clean bathroom. Since I havn't moved in yet I can't say a lot but from what I know so far, Im looking forward to it.

I toured recently with my friend and was overall impressed with the quality of the tour. I was able to see all of the amenities and also walk into the unit that I was interested in. All of my questions were answered and they were very apologetic about all of the construction and renovating happening at the moment. I am looking forward to signing with them!

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly, and the apartments are modern and in great condition. Everything feels new and well taken care of. The staff is friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this community to others!
