My daughter lived in the 1x1 apartment last year and loved it. The complex wasn’t too big or too small. She felt safe coming and going, the office and maintenance staff were super helpful and friendly, it is convenient to everything, the amenities were great…just an overall good place and experience. She had to go to another apartment this year and wanted to return to Berkeley House so we signed a lease for the sold out 1B/1B for the 2026-27 school year. She’s been invited to live with friends now so if anyone wants our lease, give the office my name if you call. It really is a great spot and as a parent, I felt good about her being there since she was living alone.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community. The amenities are one of the biggest highlights—there’s a well-maintained gym with everything you need for daily workouts, a clean and relaxing pool area, and multiple study rooms that are perfect for getting work done or studying without distractions. The property is kept clean and organized, and the shared spaces are always in good condition. Having access to quiet study areas is especially convenient and makes a big difference for productivity. Overall, the environment is comfortable, convenient, and well-suited for both living and working. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place with solid amenities and a pleasant living atmosphere.

This property needs a serious operational overhaul, the elevator is always broken and the trash compactors are always full and have the trash room almost up to the ceiling with the overhaul of trash cans causing an unpleasant smell in the hallway and adjoining rooms. The walls are very thin and you’ll be able to hear everything here at the dead of night. Additionally, the move out process is horrible. They try to get any amount of money out of you, if other roommates leave trash in the common area and you as an individual took everything out, you’ll be charged an excessive amount of money for their stuff. Throwing away other peoples stuff is not an option, Throwing away others stuff without permission in the State of Texas is Criminal Mischief. They either want you to commit a crime or charge you. Think twice before moving here.

If you are thinking of moving here, don’t. Currently, the elevator in the garage and the trash compactor for the building are both broken. The gym equipment is often broken. The elevators within the building are also often broken. The stairwells in the building are littered with trash, and the stairwells in the garage are filled with cobwebs, bugs, and bird poop. The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear the people on all sides of you. If your packages get delivered outside of office hours, they will be left sitting outside for anyone to steal because the complex hasn’t figured out a dropbox system for packages they aren’t there for. Any packages they are there to receive take a long time to be processed and actually taken to the package lockers. They close the office randomly with little to no notice. The only upkeep done is for places you will see on your tour (you won’t know the gym equipment is broken until you go to use it). Do not be deceived. Please rent elsewhere. The hallways smell like trash and get roaches when trash is not collected.

I absolutely love this place!! I am a freshman currently living here and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live!! They have so many events for the residents, they are so attentive to everyone’s needs, and they always there for you whenever! Amazing place to live, any issues we’ve had they fixed immediately. Amazing pool, gym, and appliances. Definitely recommend! I live on the first floor and they even have higher ceiling which is so nice and makes everything more like home!
