We had an absolutely outstanding experience visiting this landmark Apartments in College Park! Earlier that same day, my daughter and I had toured another apartment and were leaning toward it—but everything changed after we arrived here. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spotless, and have such a great atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything, including restaurants and the university—which makes it even more appealing. On top of that, the community offers a wide range of amenities that really elevate the living experience. Carol completely won us over. She gave an exceptional tour, spending plenty of time with us, really listening to what my daughter is looking for, and thoughtfully walking us through all the options. Her professionalism, polish, and genuine care stood out immediately—she made us feel informed, comfortable, and truly valued. Ryan helped us complete the paperwork online. He guided us through the application and leasing website with patience and clarity, making the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, Carol delivered a fantastic tour, and Ryan made navigating the application process easy. Together, they left a lasting impression. Their level of service reflects so positively on this community—thank you for creating such a welcoming and professional environment!

I LOVE LIVING HERE!! This is my second year living at Landmark, and I’ve already re-signed for a third. I genuinely love my unit and all the amenities Landmark has to offer. There are so many fun events throughout the year that really make it feel like a community. The staff truly care about our living experience, which makes such a difference. Would definitely recommend!!

Landmark is such an amazing and lively space! I am a current resident and have lived here for the past 2 years. It truly feels like a home and has such an amazing community. They are working on renovations and it looks absolutely beautiful!! Couldn’t recommend living here more!

Stopped by landmark lobby today and saw the renovation plans - looked awesome! Best place to live in College Park!

If i could give this building zero stars I would. These 2x2 apartments are too overpriced for what your getting.. For context, the bedrooms are extremely small and the shower water does not get hot at all. There is no reason why im paying over 1900$ monthly to not have hot water. I literally go home three times a week because of it. Theres always a bad smell as soon as i walk in coming from the washer which is why i always go home to do my laundry because I heard from other people theres mold in their appliances. On top of the parking thats dang near 200$. For 1900$ monthly the only pro is the location being walking distance from UMD, which isnt worth it at all. Look for other options in College Park i beg If i could break my lease and leave today I would.
