Amazing! I loved the bike storage area, study room, and gym. Upkeep is great and responsive, location can't be beat, and it's comfortable. Shoutout to Brian, who's diligent, patient, and on the ball. He always went above and beyond and was so professional with residents. Brings all his effort to work but no attitude. It's not easy to show up consistently and constantly with that attitude especially facing the public - honor where honor is due. Give bro a raise.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience visiting this landmark Apartments in College Park! Earlier that same day, my daughter and I had toured another apartment and were leaning toward it—but everything changed after we arrived here. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spotless, and have such a great atmosphere. The location is incredibly convenient—close to everything, including restaurants and the university—which makes it even more appealing. On top of that, the community offers a wide range of amenities that really elevate the living experience. Carol completely won us over. She gave an exceptional tour, spending plenty of time with us, really listening to what my daughter is looking for, and thoughtfully walking us through all the options. Her professionalism, polish, and genuine care stood out immediately—she made us feel informed, comfortable, and truly valued. Ryan helped us complete the paperwork online. He guided us through the application and leasing website with patience and clarity, making the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, Carol delivered a fantastic tour, and Ryan made navigating the application process easy. Together, they left a lasting impression. Their level of service reflects so positively on this community—thank you for creating such a welcoming and professional environment!
