These guys could teach a master class in Sleeze. Lease says they don’t provide renters insurance, so we got a policy. But every month we get billed for renters insurance anyway. Following their suggested process, three attempts to not keep getting billed for this have been ignored. Then, after having lived there a year, never missing a payment, no damage to my student the tenant’s bedroom, no complaints against them, Aspen they sits on the application for another year of tenancy for many months. Then three weeks before the new lease is to take effect, they email that they are not able to renew the lease after all and good luck finding a new place in a very short period of time. No explanation. Apartments are nice, management not so much.

Aspen is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at and it’s the first time my college experience I’ve renewed a place. The staff is extremely nice and responsive. Every issue we have had has been solved within 24hrs. The apartment rooms themselves are so spacious and pretty. The place is clean, smells good, and overall in a perfect location. Definitely recommend living here.

Very nice staff! A girl named Mackenzie took me on a tour and was very nice, made some good tasteful jokes, and answered all my questions wonderfully. 10/10 customer service, she really made me feel at home!

My son has lived in this apartment community, and it’s exceeded our expectations. The safe and well-maintained building gives us peace of mind as parents. The building has excellent amenities: a clean and well-equipped gym, a quiet study room, and an outdoor barbecue area for relaxation. The friendly and responsive staff make it a great environment for him. We’re grateful we chose this place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and secure home.

Aspen heights by far is the best housing around CP! location is great and easily accessible to campus, the building is nice and is always clean! Best of all management is amazing and very responsive. Arman, Kasra, and Amir especially have been very nice and helpful. I overall love this place and anyone considering leasing here should!
