Owls Nest, cleveland-oh

I don't live here but my mom did as well as her boyfriend, she passed way April 17th this year, and I've been trying to call the office fornthr last few days and nobody is answering. Lack of communication and lack of maintenance, my mom was unable to use her microwave almost since she's been there without shorting out everything. I am not wanting much just a call to find out where her lease is standing..this place isn't worth a grand a month..

I see it as a good place to live it's a lot of good options for thing to do I seen food truck and stuff like bingo new staff members updated and fixing homes

My first visit, it is a very large apartment complex. You have to hold the buzzer until you are let in. Repairs were being done in the space off the entrance. One of the elevators was not working. There were no signs for COVID-19 precautions for the elevators. I was visiting someone on the first floor. I had a difficult time finding the apartment without the numbers posted. One good thing was security approached me to see why I was there. There is no information given out on residents.

The Owls Nest is a beautiful place to live, they are professional and care about their residents with providing weekly activities, food bank and a pleasant place to live we noticed how clean they keep the apartments there we Highly recommend your loved ones to reside here. Me & my co worker moved his friend into the Owls Nest Apts. A lot of people were pretty friendly but the residents' fobs weren't working for door access. Cmon management, step yall game up. Fix that problem ASAP !
