Disappointing, they will tell you they have a unit available just to get you to sign up and pay the $175 application fee, then when it comes to it they don’t have any availability till August 8th. Definitely don’t waste your money or time on the application fee here cause that’s as far as you’ll get. Also the apartments are very small one room shoeboxes in a run down abandoned ymca, yet they are asking almost 1000 a month to students. Pretty sad. Definitely check into the other options in the neighborhood before you go here.

say they will add $25 fee on your bill if caught littering, yet this is the same trash bag that’s been here for 3 weeks completely full…. absolutely pathetic apartment complex!!!!

Found this location when I unexpectedly got a job offer to move to the area. It is a nice location in the heart of Downtown. The staff is very friendly. Always enjoy stopping by the office and talking to the front desk staff. The maintenance man- -is awesome. Very friendly and responsive. The staff works really hard to make everyone feel welcome by hosting events, like spaghetti dinners, ice-cream socials, and events- you can take part in as much or as little as you want. They have had some issues with the elevators and laundry machines, but they are fixed fast and there are two elevators so when one acts up the other is fine (also the elevator issue seems to be corrected). The communication is great when they are working on them. Rooms are small, but the building itself has a nice. Historic building, with awesome common areas, a cool gym, and computer lab. Can't beat being downtown and the good people.

If you plan to live here expect water shut off at minimum once a week, sometimes even 3+ a week. Great atmosphere and great staff but the building is in rough shape. They will tell you it’s just recent issues for it being so often but if you look at reviews this has been a problem for years…. personally think they should lower prices to accommodate the water shut off, but that’ll never happen. (this isn’t a review to bash the place simply just trying to let people know what to expect)

Beautiful apartments with great amenities! The complex is in a good location and I always feel safe waking around. Management is always incredibly pleasant and helpful -very quick to answer calls and e-mails. I would highly recommend living here:)
