DO NOT LIVE HERE! This has been the most unorganized experience for student living in my life. This apartment price gouges and penny pinches you for everything. I haven’t been there in a few months and somehow my water bill for June is $230 in an empty house!! The two front desk ladies couldn’t get any worse… they don’t know their head from their rear end. They LIE LIE LIE and they read off scripts and don’t know a single thing about the apartment. The most useless two workers in Clemson. Save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else. They advertise this place so nicely, but it’s ran so poorly and it’s taken over by Frats… I’d rather live 25 minutes from campus then be five minutes and have to deal with this nonsense they offer.

I have worked with Faith and her team going on 2 years now. They are always working with vendors, parents, and students to create the best possible college environment.

Terrible place to live. The two women who work at the estates office are snakes. Nickle and dime people with move out fees. Charged hundreds of dollars to remove furniture that was being left for the next renters. Got charged $100 to clean a microwave that had 1 piece of rice in it. Was out of town the summer and was threatened with cleaning fees in a yard that wasn’t even mine, and they told me I had until the end of the day to clean the mess or I would get fined. The social media account doesn’t even post pictures of the correct neighborhood, and they even argue with tenants in the comment section of posts. Took the entire year to fix my ice maker in my fridge. Maintenance requests take weeks to fix. Overall a horrible place to live. Only reason it was fun was because of the other residents. This place went downhill so fast whenever the estates took ownership and put those two chicks in the office in charge. Majority of the residents here are talking about moving out of this terrible place

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Lived here for 2 years maintenance request were always answered weeks after request were submitted. Recently moved out and they charge me and my 2 roommates a combined 1500 dollars for "move out fees". Just to give an example of how absurd these charges are we were charged 15 dollars each for not removing lint from the lint collector from our dryer. it was a combined 90 dollars to clean the microwave and stove (not replace). Even though we were leaving furniture for the next residents living there they charged us 100 dollars for each item left behind. When I asked them to explain the charges all they had to say was "this is what our vendors charged us" being as vague as possible. In reality we did them a service as they profited off of us. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
