Horrible place would not recommend. The “clean” apartment was in fact not clean at all when we moved in. My roommate was told she would get a 50” tv for signing the lease so early. Received the tv at least 6-7 months after move in. Trash everywhere outside. The people in the office know NOTHING and just give a run around. I moved out in December and till this day I have an outstanding bill on my account which no one can tell me what for after contacting them multiple times about it and them saying they would get back with me and never do. I wish I never stayed there. Property managers are never there. Honestly this apartment complex either needs to shutdown and get new management that’s knows what to do.

I was supposed to move into an unfurnished unit, but was given a furnished apartment that was absolutely disgusting. There was mold, a strong mildew smell, moldy wet laundry left in the washer, dead cockroaches, trash in the drawers, and the whole place was clearly never cleaned or inspected. It was terrible, and staff has been difficult and unhelpful. If you’re thinking of living here, don’t.

Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare. The apartment itself was mediocre at best—dated appliances, thin walls, and constant maintenance issues that took forever to get fixed, if they were addressed at all. But the worst part? The office staff. Incredibly rude and dismissive every time I had to interact with them. Whether it was about rent, maintenance, or just asking a basic question, they acted like I was a burden. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior from people who are supposed to be managing a living community. Also, don’t be fooled by the photos or the promises made during the tour. Once you sign the lease, their helpful attitude disappears. They are quick to charge fees but slow to respond to anything else. If you’re a student looking for a stress-free living experience, look somewhere else. There are better places with better staff that actually treat you with respect.

We've had an absolutely wonderful experience living at The Den at Clemson (West)! From the moment we moved in, the community has felt like home — quiet, well-maintained, and conveniently located. The amenities are top-notch, and everything from the landscaping to the common areas is always clean and inviting. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Ashley, the leasing manager, is a gem — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and supported. Whether it's answering questions or helping with a service request, Ashley handles everything with such grace and warmth. Caleb has also been fantastic! He’s friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything we need. You can really tell he takes pride in the community and the work he does. It’s comforting to know there’s a team here that truly cares. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here. Huge thanks to Ashley, Caleb, and the entire team for making this such a great place to call home!

Hands Down the Best Place to Live! I’ve been living at The Den West for two years now, and I can confidently say it’s been the best place I’ve ever called home. From the very beginning, Ashley and Caleb made us feel so valued—not just as tenants, but as part of a community. They are truly two of my favorite people here! Ashley is an incredible leasing manager—always kind, helpful, and on top of everything. Caleb brings so much positivity, fun and energy to the community. Together, they create such a friendly and inviting environment that really makes this place stand out. One of the things I love most is how many cool events they host throughout the year! taco parties, gaming tournaments, you name it! The property itself is well-maintained, safe, and peaceful, but it’s the people who make this place truly special. I’m so grateful to live here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that genuinely feels like home.
