I previously had good things to say about Clemson Edge, but the management staff has been extremely unhelpful especially regarding the balcony "repairs" they have been doing to the apartments on the property for the past 3 months. There were moldy railings, nails, and a cardboard walkway that have been sitting inside our apartment for the duration of this project (which still isn't done). I had to move the railings outside, and my roommate disposed of the nails on the floor. There has been little to no transparency about the progress on this, and it has been very frustrating. Additionally, there is no option now to have pest control in the bedrooms either as they removed that option. Cockroaches are a constant here, especially in bathrooms and bedrooms. My roommates and I expressed our concerns to the management team about the balcony repairs, and were met with an impersonal AI written response. If you are an underclassman, keep this all in mind before you sign somewhere. Been living at Clemson Edge for about half a year now and so far there has been no problems and maintenance has been quick to resolve anything. The staff is super friendly and willing to help out with anything when it's needed. All of the amenities are great and well unkept as well. Highly recommend as a housing option to anyone!

Phenomenal experience, the tour guide was very responsive and respectful, willing and open to asking and answering questions. Ensured all aspects of the tour and the overall application processes were covered with the fullest detail. Very knowledgeable about the property, local amenities and policies. Lastly, the information posted on the website is accurate and reliable! Truly outstanding.

Clemson Edge is really a wonderful place to live. It’s in an incredibly convenient location, has amenities that stay clean and well maintained, and is a great deal for what they offer. The staff is the most impressive part. People like Brittany, Olivia, and Avery in the leasing office are always so cordial, caring, and helpful along with everyone else on staff and in maintenance. They always go out of their way to make sure needs are addressed effectively and in a timely manner. You can tell that they care about you. Highly recommended

Clemson edge has been a great place to stay. I’ve enjoyed the many events the main office has to keep residents connected as well as the study room, pool, basketball court, pool table, and many more things. Overall a great place to stay!
