I love Clemson Edge! They become your home away from home. Find you people and you can enjoy the pool, the cute hammocks, AND living with your friends!! Clemson Edge is close the campus as well which is a plus. You won’t regret living here for your most important years of your life!!

The whole experience was amazing. I worked with Olivia, who was phenomenal and did a very good job explaining everything. She was very knowledgeable during our tour and answered all our questions with enthusiasm. The times I’ve called with questions have been a pleasant experience as well. Overall, would recommend.

I previously had good things to say about Clemson Edge, but the management staff has been extremely unhelpful especially regarding the balcony "repairs" they have been doing to the apartments on the property for the past 3 months. There were moldy railings, nails, and a cardboard walkway that have been sitting inside our apartment for the duration of this project (which still isn't done). I had to move the railings outside, and my roommate disposed of the nails on the floor. There has been little to no transparency about the progress on this, and it has been very frustrating. Additionally, there is no option now to have pest control in the bedrooms either as they removed that option. Cockroaches are a constant here, especially in bathrooms and bedrooms. My roommates and I expressed our concerns to the management team about the balcony repairs, and were met with an impersonal AI written response. If you are an underclassman, keep this all in mind before you sign somewhere. Clemson edge has been a great place to stay. I’ve enjoyed the many events the main office has to keep residents connected as well as the study room, pool, basketball court, pool table, and many more things. Overall a great place to stay!

I know “lease-signing season” is beginning for off-campus housing in Clemson, so I wanted to share some information with anyone thinking of signing a lease at Clemson Edge. Everything will be fine until you move out…Upon moving out of her apartment at Clemson Edge this summer, my daughter received a bill charging us excessive fees for “cleaning.” There were a few pictures attached to the bill with no written explanation of the issues and, in most of the pictures, it was not evident what the “issue” was. The one fee we could attribute to a specific picture was for a dusty ceiling fan in the living room – my daughter and her roommate were charged a total of $75 for this! The expectation of leaving an apartment clean upon move-out is reasonable, but these petty excessive fees are ridiculous, and clearly a way for Clemson Edge to profit by taking advantage of residents on their way out. So, for all of the positive reviews you see by current residents, just know that their tune will change when they move out and receive their “move-out statements.” There are so many other places you can choose to live in Clemson…
