We've had a great experience working with Jena at 114 Earle. She's been extremely professional and kind to myself and our son as we work through a lease sublet. He loves living downtown at Earle and plans to return for the fall semester. Great location!

While this is a desirable building, proceed with caution. The management does not care how much you are paying, they treat all tenants with little respect or care. I spoke with Collin in the the office who was unhelpful and became very flustered and rude. They should really be ashamed of themselves as they take advantage of the renters, but there is no recourse. **I see that 114 Earle has responded to my review, but they continue to be unhelpful. It is clear that the 'caring response' to reviews is just something they post to try and make themselves look better.

Had the best two years living at 114 Earle!! Building is well kept and the friendliest staff led by Kristi M. Nothing but positive things to say with my experience as a resident of two years.

Do not live here if you value having peace at all. There’s constant screaming and loud parties every day all throughout the nights and the ‘security’ doesn’t do anything. You will be unable to sleep most nights, especially on weekends.

Beware When Signing a Lease! I had a very frustrating experience with this apartment complex, and I highly advise future tenants to be cautious. When I signed the lease, I was under the impression that I had a parking space. However, when it came time to move in, I was informed that I was actually on a waiting list for parking. The management provided no solutions and simply told me to "find a spot," leaving me with no real support. On top of that, they were extremely unhelpful when I wanted to relet my unit. Not only they make the process difficult like not letting the new student to move in 2 days before the start of the month, but they also charge a full month’s rent of $1,700 as a relet fee. This was the first time I’ve encountered such poor treatment from an apartment’s management team. They are dry, unhelpful, and make no effort to accommodate their residents. I've never had this kind of experience with any of my previous leases. Renters, beware!
