Main608 Apartments, clarksville-tn

I currently live at Main 608, since the transition to a new management company they’ve definitely put my stresses at ease since as a creature of habit I’m not huge on change. The new property manager seems to have a solid grasp on things. Kourtni has helped me with a few things since assuming the position, like letting me use the utility cart to move a bunch of stuff down from and up to my apartment. She has definitely maintained clear communication about any thing new. Overall I really enjoy living here, I’ve been here since 2022 and renewed into next year. I don’t plan on going anywhere any time soon.

I liked the location, by the college and within walking distance downtown! It was a place that help me out, during personal problems! Gave me a safe haven and a roof over my head! The staff is friendly and most issues in the place minor and easy fixed! No bugs or rodents and places to study if you a student and place to sit if you need to clear your head! Must remember it room mate living, more like a super size dorm. But still more personal space than ones on campus!

608 Main is the perfect choice for students or the military looking for convenience and affordability! The flat-rate utilities are unbeatable, and the management team is always helpful. I live in a one-bedroom apartment, and I love knowing that my rent, utilities, and parking space are always the same price. If you’re someone who likes to stick to a budget, this is a major bonus!

I can’t say enough about Courtney and Erin! As a parent who lives out of state it is an amazing feeling to know that he lives in a place that is well taken care of and whose staff knows its residents by name. When I came to visit they answered every question we had and even reached out to us when they got more information on the topic we talked about. To any APSU parents I highly recommend this facility.

Renters Beware: Main 608 staff -Courtney is rude, and lacks the capacity to provide quality customer service. We are a military family and our son Justin graduated in May. His lease expires in July but he had to move out of his apartment after graduation. We understood he would be responsible for paying rent for the remaining months. However, Main 608 is trying to charge him $150 for utilities and $25 for parking and $15 for rental insurance in addition to the rent $720. The lease agreement he signed does not include the additional costs just mentioned. Which Courtney @ 608 Main, acknowledged his lease agreement doesn’t include those additional costs. In addition he was told he would be charged $15 extra because he didn’t turn in his parking decal. This parking decal was never mentioned that he needed to turn it in along with his keys when he moved out. Nor was a parking decal ever included in his lease agreement. During his stay, they later included decals. TAlthough, he has turned in his keys as of May 8th and gave then notice. Justin and I asked Main 608 if they could stop billing him for the utilities, parking and rental insurance since he has moved out. Main 608 is saying he still needs to pay those extra costs despite the fact he has moved out. Justin has been living there for 2 years, always paid his rent on time and no issues. We cleaned that apartment from top to bottom and left it cleaner than it was when he moved in. This apartment complex tries to take advantage of young college students and military families. They are not military/student friendly or supportive of the community they serve. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
