I had a great experience here! Very clean and organized, and Kalani at the front desk was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with all of my questions.

I regret to say that my time at Claremont Collegiate Apartments has been far from satisfactory. Despite the steep rent of nearly $2,000 a month, the living experience has been plagued with numerous issues. Firstly, the maintenance of essential amenities has been a major concern. The refrigerator in my unit broke down five times, which is unacceptable all my groceries spoiled. Additionally, the security gates frequently malfunction, compromising both convenience and safety. The management and front office staff have been particularly disappointing. Their responses often feel performative, lacking genuine resolution to ongoing problems. They claim to take concerns seriously, yet tangible actions are rarely observed. Their unhelpful attitude extends to handling subletting requests, making it unnecessarily difficult for tenants. For the price paid, one would expect top-notch service and facilities, but this has not been the case. There are several other options in the area that offer better management and amenities for a similar if not lower cost. My advice would be to consider these alternatives if you're looking for a place where your concerns are truly valued and addressed.

I stayed in one of the 1bedroom apartments at the Claremont Collegiate Apartments during the summer of 2021 (June 1-July 31). There weren't too many other residents around, but I felt safe and comfortable. Also, the environment during the summer was quiet, peaceful and all around conducive to academic concentration. Special shout-out to Carlo Feranil (Assistant Manager) because he was super friendly, attentive, responsive, and helpful. Pros of my stay in no particular order: - easy online application and quick response - hassle-free payment system - responsible management team!! - free parking (and plentiful during the summer) - free wifi - bed, dresser, desk with chair, small dining table with chair, and main kitchen appliances all included No real cons, just that things needed to be upgraded/repaired/maintained during my summer stay (such as new router installation, new laundry machines, repainting the entire apartment), which created some minor inconveniences. However, the management team did a great job of communicating things in advance and providing lots of updates/check-ins, which helped me plan ahead and adjust accordingly.

My experience at CCA has been great so far. I moved in last month (right in the middle of the pandemic), and it's safe to say I had my doubts about how comfortable the moving in process would be. However, Carlo and the team made sure that the whole process was seamless and smooth, not to mention how friendly and warm they all are. The unit is clean and well kept, the area is quiet and peaceful. Campus safety does its rounds daily to make sure the premises are safe. Overall, I've had a great time here at CCA.

Went through them for student housing in Texas. The apartments were all dirty, doors were messed up had mold in some places of the apartment, the wood floor was scratched up and damaged and was noted down when me and my roommates moved in. Including a leaking dishwasher and shower that wouldn’t drain properly and numerous amount of other students have problems with their plumbing too in different apartments. For me personally I was told that room would be ready by a certain date and when the day came for me to be able to access the apartment I wasnt given the key as promised and had to spend more money to stay at a hotel until I could get the key due to the housing representative failing to do her job as promised and when I called and asked about it she said I had to deal with it and gave me a hard time for her inability to do her job. With all that we had to pay way more than what the apartment cost to the public and had to share a room and bathroom. At the end of the lease after being over charged me and my roommates still have to pay more money for the preexisting damage that was already in apartment and was noted by all of us. I’d highly recommend that any student that goes to Texas stay away from this housing service and save at least a $1000 by getting an Airbnb or looking around for a cheaper solution.
