No access for delivery drivers. No way to leave a package safely. All doors are locked. If you leave here we will grow your package streetside and you better hope it won't be snatched. There is no leasing office.

Apartment was rushed to be built like someone else said. Walls are paper thin, and there is constant construction on the other side of the street. People constantly rip up taft and McMillan past midnight, and the walls do nothing to dampen that. It has nice appliances and lots of space, most space you could get for the price. But the cabinets and floors are super cheap. The floors are genuinely so hard to clean for no reason. If you do live here get a Kroger side room, I suspect they will construct another apartment next to the arc next year. Also yea don’t get stuff shipped here the Amazon drivers just toss it anywhere outside if no one lets them in. Although, surprisingly, the area isn’t terrible. Yes, there are some characters that pass by. But I didn’t witness any violence or hear of any crazy violence going on nearby. Unlike some of my friends in other areas hearing gunshots and other stuff multiple times this year. Parking is weird how there is a max of 3 spots per unit and the garage is tiny. No place to temporarily park or drop things off either, the whole superior credit thing is confusing. Gym is nice, could use lower weight dumbbells and more machines. There’s no reason for 4 or so treadmills. No front desk or office in the building is annoying. Office building is on short vine. But yea that’s my experience here. Also the building is ducking ugly with the light blue theme, who designed this lol

1 star because this apartment building is unacceptable. The parking here sucks, and I wasn't even notified that I wasn't able to get a spot before move-in day. This led to me having to park my car on a nearby street, where it got broken into. Now I am concerned for my safety since I have to walk outside at night some nights, just to get to my car. The apartment itself seems to have been rushed. Cabinets don't close properly, the front door to my unit doesn't lock properly, and the cleaning staff barely do their jobs. There has been food found in the stairwell and trash bags in the elevator. It is also connected to a credit union, so there will be random parking in assigned spots. My friend has dealt with this too many times. There is also no on-site security or front desk, and if there is, then there's a problem because I've never seen them. If you have any concerns, you would have to drive up to Uptown Rentals, which is an inconvenience. I shouldn't be giving a newly built apartment building a one-star review, but here we are. If it wasn't so hard to get out of my lease, I would have found another place to stay. Do not recommend for UC students.
