Summer S
Lived here for a semester and it was awful. Probably one of the worst properties around campus. Management was super rude and unhelpful. Packages were constantly stolen. Fire alarms in all the rooms were blinking for a week and a half before they fixed it because it wasn’t an “emergency”. Elevator was broken multiple times. There were multiple maintenance works issued for the dryer before they finally fixed it ( it took them 2 semesters). The dishwasher was broken for months. The thermostat wasn’t working properly either and it was freezing during the winter. Do not recommend.

Building is nice enough, decent amenities, many things made very cheap that will 100% just fall apart during your time there. Management company is useless, I would sooner be homeless than rent from uptown ever again.

Looks like a pretty nice place, but for all that money they charge you guys in rent. The least they could do would be to remove the snow off the sidewalks in front of your building people were walking in the road very unsafe

We moved from The Corry to The Eden & omg it couldnt get any worse. Although we didn't have any bugs this time , the apartment was so dirty when we first moved it , they didnt clean at all . Also as we were getting moved in the closet rack fell on my back with all of our clothes on them. We notified maintenance & they came to fix it but it fell again & they never came back. The manager was very nice & helpful but there was clearly only so much he could do. Very secure and safe !
