My uncle moved into one of their Aristo apartments units and I was interested in inquiring for one of the recent available units on the same floor. However seeing the conditions of this place in detail for myself, I passed on that. In all my years I have never seen poor balcony, roof, and air conditioner placement holder I have never seen this before. The prices are outrageous for these apartments condition! The balconies are not even safe to stand on. And I discovered multipleweak points in her floor! Don't be fooled they will take you through the front part. View the backside of this apartment too!

This is the worst company to ever go through to find housing. I live on Views on Vine South. Here is everything that is wrong with my apartment and not even the whole complex. First our oven broke, then our microwave broke, and our dishwasher broke, then all 3 of our sinks broke and leaked over every single cleaning supply we had under them. Our HVAC started leaking out of nowhere. Our balcony light never works. All of the light bulbs were yellow and started glitching and needed to be changed. But that’s just my own apartment. With the building overall the gate to the garage is constantly broken. The keypads never worked and they got rid of the codes and told absolutely no one. And do not even get me started on the elevator on the South side. It has been broken over 50 times this year. I wish I was being dramatic. It breaks every other 3 days. And they don’t even communicate to anyone about it. Oh and they shut our water off and didn’t tell any of the residents and they’ve done that 3 times now. Mind you I pay $1400 a month to live in this piece of trash. So before you think about living here and think it’s gonna be a great experience as your first apartment in college don’t. It will suck the life out of you and ruin your college experience. Also I just want to say the receptionists are very kind but the property managers are disorganized and don’t know what’s happening half the time. DON’T DO IT!

Our experience with Uptown Rental was positive from first contact all the way to applying for an apartment. When calling I was immediately connected to an agent who answered all my questions. They return calls promptly, and scheduling viewings was easy to do online and timely. Lindsay met us on a Saturday, which was so helpful as I came in from out of town. Lindsay was prompt and communicated clearly and thoroughly about each property and next steps. I highly recommend Uptown Rental - professional and efficient.

Our family had the best experience touring Uptown apartments recently as Caitlin focused on the specific requests that were important to our college son. She spent several hours narrowing down the search for the perfect apartment that checked all the boxes necessary to close the deal. We are grateful for Caitlin’s knowledge of the properties and the specific details she provided to reassure us this was the right choice.

Renting with uptown has been horrible. They are unresponsive, expensive and the buildings are not maintained. There’s something broken in every single room of my apartment. My toilet broke on a Friday, they wouldn’t even answer the phone until Monday to come fix it. The AC doesn’t work, I’ve left voice mail after voice mail and a multitude of emails with no response. They charge $900 annually for parking behind my building, it’s all UC students in this building, who can genuinely afford that. I parked in the back lot one late night when i couldn’t find street parking, and they towed me at 8AM in the morning when my car had only been there for 5 hours. I pay 1.3k a month in rent not including utilities. Do not rent from this company.
