My uncle moved into one of their Aristo apartments units and I was interested in inquiring for one of the recent available units on the same floor. However seeing the conditions of this place in detail for myself, I passed on that. In all my years I have never seen poor balcony, roof, and air conditioner placement holder I have never seen this before. The prices are outrageous for these apartments condition! The balconies are not even safe to stand on. And I discovered multipleweak points in her floor! Don't be fooled they will take you through the front part. View the backside of this apartment too!

I toured an apartment yesterday with jack and left with all my questions answered and felt so happy about the complex. Jack was so helpful and so personable with every question answered. He had a smile on his face the whole time and made us feel like we belonged there.

Our experience with Uptown Rental was positive from first contact all the way to applying for an apartment. When calling I was immediately connected to an agent who answered all my questions. They return calls promptly, and scheduling viewings was easy to do online and timely. Lindsay met us on a Saturday, which was so helpful as I came in from out of town. Lindsay was prompt and communicated clearly and thoroughly about each property and next steps. I highly recommend Uptown Rental - professional and efficient.

Renting with uptown has been horrible. They are unresponsive, expensive and the buildings are not maintained. There’s something broken in every single room of my apartment. My toilet broke on a Friday, they wouldn’t even answer the phone until Monday to come fix it. The AC doesn’t work, I’ve left voice mail after voice mail and a multitude of emails with no response. They charge $900 annually for parking behind my building, it’s all UC students in this building, who can genuinely afford that. I parked in the back lot one late night when i couldn’t find street parking, and they towed me at 8AM in the morning when my car had only been there for 5 hours. I pay 1.3k a month in rent not including utilities. Do not rent from this company.

If you can find property around campus that IS NOT THROUGH UPTOWN RENTALS MONOPOLY OF PROPERTIES…. Take the lease. Unfortunately I did not learn the first time when leasing with uptown and rented from them once again. Not only will you experience maintenance issues, but you will have to make many attempts at getting someone to come out and fix it. When I first moved into my property. There was no heat, or hot water. It took uptown a full week to come out and fix my water, and another for the heat. The washer and dryer which the property information promised were not set up for weeks. With the amount of money each renter pays Uptown Rentals, you would think they’d take better care of their properties. They don’t. Terrible terrible rentals. Stay away.
