Village At the Timbers, chico-ca

Big shout out to Kylie!!! Kylie made the entire leasing process such a wonderful experience as we searched for an apartment for our son, who is starting his first year at Chico State. She was patient, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to, which immediately put our minds at ease. She answered all of our questions and made us feel confident that choosing Village at the Timbers was the right decision for our son. We truly appreciated her professionalism, kindness, and support throughout the process. Thank you, Kylie, for making this important milestone so much less stressful!

Me and my roommate moved into Village at the Timbers in July of last year. We had done issues with pests brought by the previous tenant, however the property manager Jodi was extremely helpful. When a spray was requested we had it done within the week if not sooner. Recently my roommate and I decided to move units as the pest problem became too hard for us personally to manage and the Village team was so accommodating and helpful. We were able to transfer to a different unit the next week after requesting it and have had no problems since.

I’m now going into my second year living here, and I can honestly say I’m very satisfied with these apartments. I’ve been especially impressed with Jodi’s prompt assistance whenever I’ve had questions or issues. She always responds quickly, follows up, and makes sure everything is fully taken care of. She’s a rockstar! I’ve also been very impressed with the maintenance team. At other apartments, it often felt like a struggle just to get someone to look at an issue, let alone fix it. Here, it’s been the complete opposite. Early on, I had a problem with my washer and dryer, and the maintenance team had it repaired in no time. Definitely my best apartment experience in Chico by far!

I currently live here and honestly love it. The community is super friendly and the staff are awesome. Huge shoutout to Jodi!! She’s funny, remembers us, super helpful, and always says hi to our crazy dog 😨. We always end up having funny little convos with her. The events are actually really fun too (the Halloween scavenger hunt week was GREATTT), and the free coffee and breakfast in the mornings are a nice bonus. Overall, great vibes and a really nice place to live.

Jodi in the leasing office has been absolutely wonderful . From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve needed assistance, Jodi has been responsive and kind, always going above and beyond to help. She truly makes the apartment complex feel welcoming, and I really appreciate everything she does.
