We had a wonderful experience working with Lisa at Timber Creek Apartments. She was incredibly helpful with roommate matching and got everything set up for us very quickly during a stressful time. Lisa was kind, patient, and genuinely understanding of our needs, which made the entire process feel manageable and supported. She was professional throughout, returned our calls promptly, and followed through on everything she said she would. When we stopped by the office on Lisa’s day off, the rest of the team was helpful and attentive, clearly building on the excellent support Lisa had already provided. Overall, this was a great experience with a professional, responsive, and caring office staff. We truly appreciated Lisa’s support and would highly recommend working with her and Timber Creek.

I don't even know where to begin with this review. I can start with the cockroaches that never went away despite spraying our house fully twice, and always had traps out. Megan is very rude and is the most unhelpful person i've ever met. They tried to charge me late fees multiple times when I have automatic payment set up. When I tried to ask Megan how to fix it because I assumed it was a mistake on her end, she told me that it wasn't her fault and I still had to pay. Well in the end I did get the $50 back they were trying to charge me...I had a furnished house so everyone had their own AC unit. My roommates and I decided to not use the AC unless we absolutely needed to and we still got overcharged for electricity almost every month (including the cold months where the AC was legitimately not touched EVER) not to mention the entire month we all four were gone for winter break, oh yea got overcharged then too. At that point it didn't matter what we did we knew we were getting charged an extra $35 a month each at least. Now at the end of the year when I finally moved out of that disgusting cockroach ridden complex they're still trying to take my money. I had a security deposit of $550, they sent me an itemized list of everything that needed to be repaired/cleaned after I moved out (all of my roommates and I extensively cleaned every square inch of our apartment). Now not only are they trying to charge me for things that weren't even there like a "carpet stain", they actually have figured out a way to take 100% of my deposit and also try to charge me $20 more on top of it. let me preface that the day before I moved out I went to the office to ask for a walk-through and they refused to do so because they said "As long as there's no literal holes in the wall, you'll get your deposit back". Foolish of my to believe that as they have not been honest in the past. lastly, they are trying to charge me for the community key that apparently I did not return, but it was with the other keys that I had sent in as well, so i'm extremely confused. The only good thing about Timber Creek was the maintenance team. they were the sweetest people ever and always were very quick to fix things, and they felt very trustworthy. All in all, I would definitely not recommend living here, especially if you were trying to stay on a budget because they will bleed you dry of all the money you've ever had. They definitely win the award for number one cash grabbers. Bye-bye timber Creek, I will not miss you at all.

My bf lived there for a year and the place was infested with roaches the whole time. It wasn’t disclosed when he signed the lease because if it had he wouldn’t have moved in to begin with. They sprayed every month and nothing changed. Instead they started blaming him and his roommates. Then after we moved they told the other apartments we were looking into that he had late payments on rent which was never true. If I could give zero I would. Also they have “security” and my car was broken into twice.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Timber Creek Apartments. From the very start, Jackielee in the leasing office was absolutely amazing — so helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the whole process of moving in. She made everything feel easy and stress-free, especially as someone moving from abroad. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, any service requests are dealt with quickly, and the whole team is really responsive. I was also really impressed with how well I was matched with my housemates through the questionnaire — it’s made such a difference and helped me feel settled straight away. I genuinely love living here and would highly recommend Timber Creek to anyone looking for a well-run, welcoming place to live.

The whole application process was very fast and easy. Staff are very welcoming. The apartments, depending on which one you choose, have a gate surrounding them so you don’t have to worry about random people coming in. Your car parking pass is free. Apartments are relatively clean when you move in. Obviously they aren’t the best looking apartment every, but for being a college student I think it’s good enough for me.
