The Social Chico, chico-ca

I’ve had such a great experience living in these dorms! The rooms are comfortable, the common areas are always clean, and the overall atmosphere feels really safe and welcoming. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

honestly i love it. i really enjoy being able to have my own room and especially having my own bathroom is a big plus. to be honest the private bathroom is the whole reason i chose the social over the dorms. the only thing i would consider a “downside” would be having to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor of the east building where i stay at because it’s very tedious at times. but besides that i love it

The Social is a convenient place to live as a student. The apartments are modern and furnished, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and study spaces are nice. It’s close to campus and easy to meet people. Management can be a bit slow at times, but overall it’s a decent place to live in

This apartment provides the basic needs, though the buildings are kinda old and maintenance response times are inconsistent. Sound carries easy between units, minor issues are fairly common, the food is mid and the staff can be really rude. They tell you that they have working security cameras and a courtesy patrol officer, they don’t. The security cameras don’t work and the courtesy patrol is only here a few nights a week. The one plus is that they have a mini starbucks and you can use flex cash for it. It’s acceptable for short-term housing, but not ideal for long-term comfort.

The Social Chico is an awesome place to live! The staff are always nice and willing to help you with any questions you have. The rooms are spacious and clean. The best part is having the gym, Starbucks, and dining hall a couple steps away!! Along with this, there are events like movie nights and cookie decorating that give you a community vibe. Overall, The Social is college friendly and an amazing place to live!
