The property is well maintained, the community feels welcoming, and any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. Something that has really stood out to me is how friendly and helpful the front office is. Specifically, Michaela has been especially responsive and welcoming throughout my time here. She always takes the time to answer any questions and ensure everything runs smoothly. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with a supportive management team!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I rented an apartment for my son there from 8/24-5/25. Someone subleased from him for the last two months. Now 6 months later I am being charged a full month rent when we have had nothing to do with them. My son tried to get them to take it off. They wouldn't. I called and they said they couldn't help me and I had to contact a company called Domuso. When I called them I spent 20 minutes on the phone then was hung up on. I have emailed and heard nothing. I asked Cedar Flats to have someone call me and still have not heard back from them. They have helped themselves to my credit card and are unwilling to take the charge of $1000.93 off my account or to help me get it off. I am going to have to file a claim with my credit card company. I have spent a lot of time on this and they have been unwilling to help.

The staff was very great and responding in a Timely manner whenever I had questions, rooms are very nice and comfy.

Cedar Flats is the perfect place to live during your college years! The environment is extremely welcoming, and the various amenities (gym, den, spa) make socializing very easy. The front office staff are the most helpful I have experienced; their responses are quick, and you can tell they really care about the well-being of residents. Building access requires a key-fob, so you always feel safe within the complex. You are not going to find a complex as good as Cedar Flats for such a good deal, I highly recommend living here during your college years.

No down payment, half off first month of rent.. it sure sounds nice until they get you locked in a lease and you realize the mistake you made. I wouldn't live here again even if it was a last resort! We went through about 3 managers during the first few months. The staff is made up of mostly college students with nasty attitudes and most of them don't know how to do their job. Whenever I had a problem the only response I would get in return is an I don't know or I'm not sure. The management especially is notorious for giving excuses as to why she can't do her job properly. Here's exactly what you will experience when you sign a lease here: *Invasion of privacy as they conveniently have their 'quarterly inspections' during the time when students go home for break. *Numerous problems with AC breaking down *The units are extremely cold during the winter and just as hot during summer so expect a large utility bill *NO ELEVATOR- when I signed a lease for the top floor I was told that they would have elevators in the buildings and that was a lie *Homeless people and drug addicts wander freely through the property and have stolen porch furniture and sleep in the spa area *The security patrol they claim to have don't patrol as often as they say they do. After school ended in May they haven't been out to the property since. **Extremely loud and generally unsafe area. ****I woke up to a shooting that took place right outside the apartment complex and police were shining flashlights into the complex and searching around for the suspect on the grounds until 6am. *Other people taking your parking spot. I had someone parked in my spot that I pay about $20/month extra for and was told by Josh, one of the staff, that there was nothing he could do about it. PLEASE. Don't make the same mistake so many of us did. I promise, you will regret signing a lease with them. Photos show that this is the kind of area you'll be living in. For the ridiculous prices they charge and in return you get this. **CHECK MY PROFILE FOR PHOTOS** They want you to go directly to them with concerns yet they don't do a damn thing to help you. All they provide you with are excuses.
