3 years ago I moved from The Bay Area to Chi City and signed a lease here at PCA. Been a great experience from day one. Two huge reasons I've enjoyed living here: 1. It’s fully furnished - can’t beat that! Anywhere else you go, you’ll need to buy a bunch of stuff to live comfortably (couch, bed, TV, etc.), then pack it all up again when you move out. I don’t about you, but moving big furniture like that is hellllla annoying. So the fact that I could just move in and everything’s already there was so clutch. 2. The staff. Sonya, Ryan, and Amanda, have always been incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, they've taken care of it quickly and made everything easy. Same goes for my fellas on the Maintenace team and the wonderful ladies who come in every week to make sure the common areas + shared bathroom stays clean. Gracias por todo! Shoutout to my boy Matthew at the front desk as well 🤞🏽 I see him in the mornings when I go to work, and later in the day when I get back home. Always friendly, welcoming, and goes out of his way to help whenever needed. While the idea of co-living might seem like a gamble, every person I've lived with over the years has been respectful, easygoing, and enjoyable to share the space with. That says something about how well the team screen residents and manage the community. The complex also hosts fun events giving those who moved here solo the opportunity to make new friends - like I have. I'm grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Post Chicago Apartments to anyone looking for a chill place to live, whether it's for the short term or long term. I’ma miss y’all!

I’ve had a great experience so far, largely because of the people who work here. Sonya was the first person I met and immediately made me feel welcome 🤗 she took the time to show me around and made the move-in process clear and easy. Ryan, the property manager, was quick to step in when a concern came up and handled it professionally, offering a solution that worked well for me. I also really appreciated the maintenance staff member who introduced himself and let me know he was available if I needed anything, as well as the receptionist who offered help during my move-in. The building is clean, well-kept, and the staff genuinely makes a difference.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Post Chicago. As someone who moved here from another country, the co-living experience made the transition much easier. I’ve met great people, built friendships, and found a strong sense of community. It’s a welcoming environment that’s perfect for anyone new to Chicago.

Do not recommend this place. I was charged over $800 without a notice almost 9 months after my lease ended, which was a direct derogatory report to my credit. I emailed and called them to understand why, since I had paid all my rent on time (usually a few days before the due date) and I didn't do any damages to the property. I haven't heard from them until now. I also had many issues with one of my roommates and they never assisted, which they told me they would help when I toured and signed. My tour guide was late and unprofessional (that should've been my sign). You're better off going somewhere else and paying a bit more than spending all that money at POST because it's not worth it.

I was interested in Post Chicago specifically because the website repeatedly advertised flexible 3-month lease options. After spending time researching the property and speaking with leasing staff, I went to apply the next day and was only able to select a minimum 5-month lease term. When I called, I was told lease terms can change day to day, even though the website still advertised 3-month leases throughout. Very frustrating and a waste of time. The website and application portal should reflect actual availability and lease minimums in real time.
