I'm truly shocked that this apartment building has anything above 1 star reviews. I've been living here since March '25 and since move-in it's been a terrible experience. Prior to move-in I was not informed that a roommate had a cat, which is important to be disclosed in case of allergies. At move-in my room was uncleaned and the private bathrooms shower was completely broken and unusable. The manager said he'd clean it while I was in the process of moving in, but he was not helpful. The broken shower took 2 weeks to fix. In addition to the broken shower, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom. This took the manager 3 months to address after many false promises to fix it and no one would come. It's been 5 months since my move-in and the broken baseboard that the ants came through still hasn't been fixed. The apartment owners also have a tendency to enter your apartment without proper notice/permission (Chicago requires 48hrs notice). Yes these apartments are cheap and close to transit, but if you have any issues in your apartment at all, you're screwed. Highly consider looking elsewhere.

This place is beautiful and is located in the best area. Near a bunch of fast food places, bars and the L. I love living here and it’s helping me get back on my feet. Im a Mental Health Professional and I’m not a fan of having younger housemates in such close proximity. It does get a bit annoying with everyone on their own schedules. But for the most part I stay to myself so it’s not too bad. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re just transitioning, in school or just working.

I’ve been living here for a year and still love it. The apartment is newly built, so everything looks modern, fancy, and very clean. The bus stop is right in front, which makes commuting to school easy and safe. The shared spaces are kept clean with a cleaning crew that comes every other week. The manager, Adam, is amazing. He is super helpful and always quick to respond. Fully furnished including kitchenwares and mattress. Highly recommend it.

Living here has been great! I loved the roommates I was paired with, the tenant events held once a month are super fun and have helped me become more social. The roof is pretty and overall I feel pretty safe. The cleaning crew needs to pick up their slack tho

Stayed here for half a year. The apartments are modern, the kitchen is well equipped, the common areas are clean and the gym is nice. The manager, Adam, is always a phone call away and will sort out any issue/concern you might have.
