INFINITE, chicago-il

I had a really great experience with Infinite Chicago. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They made the whole process simple and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want to provide great housing. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Infinite Chicago to anyone looking for housing they can trust.

I’ve had a great experience so far! The rooms were in excellent condition upon arrival. Moving in was much easier than I expected. I was met by Jim who helped me move some things inside, he was great to work with and incredibly helpful. The move in process felt simple and I really appreciated how supportive the staff was throughout. Great experience overall!

Wonderful stay — the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and felt like home right away. Moving in for the summer was a breeze, thanks to Ava & Kyanna, our leasing agents, who were always friendly, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to help. They made everything simple and worry-free!

I recently just toured the complex and we had the pleasure of meeting Ava. She was absolutely amazing during our apartment tour! She was so sweet, kind, and welcoming from the start. She did a great job introducing us to the building and even shared fun history facts, which made the tour feel more personal and engaging. Ava answered every question we had about layouts, pricing, and roommate situations with so much knowledge and clarity. She was incredibly informative, supportive, and genuinely happy to help us with anything we needed. Such a great experience thanks to her! Apart from that, the building itself is amazing and beautifully renovated. Security is tight, and the amenities included are great as well. It’s definitely a wonderful place to create a cozy home in!

Just finished the leasing process with Infinite for my student to move to Chicago in a few months. Infinite was so easy to work with - quick to respond, friendly and helpful. At different times, each one of us had questions - myself, my husband, and my son. We reached out to Infinite in a variety of ways - email and phone calls. Each time, the response was timely and courteous. My son is looking forward to his time there.
