Clean, quiet, modern building that has very reasonably priced rooms for singles. The location is one of its biggest assets - you can't really live closer to UChicago than this, and grocery stores/cafes are within 10 mins walking. Another big plus is safety - the outside is well lit and open and there are always multiple locked doors that separate the living area. I personally thought the small backyard space was one of the most picturesque in Hyde Park. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to live, especially UChicago students.

honestly the best experience i've had with renting - both off and on college campuses. highly recommend for those who just need a place to lay their head and get all their work done! location is fantastic, super close to campus as advertised and in reasonable walking/public transit distance to groceries and cafes

Fantastic place to live while working or studying at UChicago. It's very easy to move in and out of the furnished units. Shared kitchen, etc. in good shape. Payments and the locks/keys in the app work well. Maintenance is super responsive and good with keeping furniture, etc. in good condition. I would say the only potential drawback is that the apartments are a tad more isolated than other places I have lived in town - a little more of a walk to transit downtown (Metra/CTA), the grocery store, and restaurants.
