It was a good experience. They were priced better than other summer housing areas around in the area. It is very convenient to have the train station right outside of the apartment. The security staff were amazing and definitely appreciated throughout the entire experience. Me and my roommate’s experience here was quite good with them often fixing issues in the apartment in short time. Overall, if you’re looking for housing, this is not a bad idea.

I had a great time touring the place, and Tachinnah was the one that showed me around. She was very informative and guided me throughout the process. I would ask her to tour again! After reading other peoples review, my only concern is if I'll also wrongfully charged for damages that my roommates and I didn't cause inside the unit to which I hope wouldn't happen.

Just moved here, and everything is absolutely beautiful! The staff has been amazing and so welcoming. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Haley and Soleil were especially helpful and made everything so easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their kindness and excellent customer service!

I’ve been living here for a month and already have a lot of bad experiences with the ARC. I want to preface this by saying the leasing office staff are wonderful and friendly. I haven’t had any issues with them, but the building itself is awful. My room has a giant window connecting my single room to my roommates’, and it did not come with curtains on my side. If my roommate wanted to, she could open the blinds and look into my room at any given moment. Another issue I have is with the bathroom faucet. It is disgustingly moldy, and has been giving me breakouts due to the bacteria coming into the water. Another issue I have with cleanliness is the disgusting drawers in the bathroom and kitchen. Each one of them looks like they’re crusting, bubbling, and yellowing. I had to buy my own mats to put in the drawers because they make me feel sick every time I look at them. Another problem I had upon moving in was that the bathroom I stayed in was not entirely cleaned, there were hair clippings in the drawers (looked like pubes), and I even found a clipped fingernail. This is ridiculous considering they charge a cleaning fee. Most of the guards at the front desk are also incredibly rude the majority of the time. There's one woman who is an exception, but I forgot her name. They are on their phones or eating while working, and get mad if you don’t know where to scan the key the first time, or even get mad at you for trying to check in visitors even though it's LITERALLY THEIR JOB. The paint in my room is also peeling in one part and judging by other bad reviews I bet they’ll say it’s my fault even though i have no way of seamlessly peeling the paint off.

Feels like they’re really irresponsible. I wrote 2 mails to them; one to the leasing office and another to the leasing worker since they didn’t respond with the office email. After the first mail, I visited them to get infos I requested since I leased with them week ago(didn’t get info about my room and roommate etc). But the worker told me to send the infos on that day. But, I still didn’t get it. Then, I called them today again and was told that they will send it today again. But, I still didn’t get my infos. I’m kind of out of my patience and had enough with their lies. They were so fast to respond to my mails while I was trying to sign a lease. But, after that they’re gone lol.
