Never come here to live! It was a terrible living experience. The management group here is very bad. They will communicate with you impatiently. It is very unfriendly to foreigners! In summer, there are often pest problems. The first floor is often filled with the stench of garbage. The sound insulation of the room is also very poor. There is often loud music and footsteps next door or upstairs. The only good thing is the cleaning team. They are very serious. Don‘t come!!!

My two favorite places are the co-working area where you can relax, read, or get some work done. There is also a rooftop with incredible views of the city. I’m an early bird so I enjoy catching the sunrise. Management is great especially Mike. He’s so reliable and is a kind hearted individual. Addams Coliving is a great spot you are looking for a space with great amenities.

This place will lie to your face. I’ve been here for almost two years. They once were held in great regards in my eyes but will all the changes in management and the new owners off Addams it’s just gone to shit. They once provided amenities and took that away but will still charge the same rate or more for new residents. Mail is always getting stolen but delivery drivers and guest struggled getting in since their front door system hasn’t operated properly so they have to rely on strangers. Last summer they had bugs issues is almost all the unit and barely did anything other then tell people to throw out there garbage. They advertise that there’s a fire pit but surprise they won’t actually let you use it anymore. They will illegally enter your room without give in proper notice, they removed all the amenities they once provided but wait it was part of our contracts. They will switch from having the building monitored with cameras and then remove them. While still having a sign that says they’re recording. The only good thing is the cleaning staff but they are always understaffed and there’s only two of them for the entire building. It doesn’t make sense that they have increased the prices and add no value to justify increasing the prices. Removing the amenities and still charging the same rate wouldn’t go over well if a contract lawyer got involved. For the last 8 months they have refused to award me a cash credit for bringing friends into the building. Don’t stay here long if you’re already here and don’t move if your considering it. I wanted to last mention they took almost 2 months to replace my dishwasher. They said it was fine when it wasn’t this was previous management with Candice. Once that was resolved Brian Hunt took over he had maintenance come unannounced and took it away then gave us more dishwasher issue for about over a month all while getting no kind of compensation for me and my roommates troubles. Candice Taylor and Brian Hunt please consider doing better in the future. If you want to actually help, personally email me you got my name and you got my address. I lived here for about ten months and I would not recommend it. As other reviews have said, a lot of the amenities advertised are not provided. When I moved in, the unit was filthy despite paying a cleaning fee. There were maggots in our blender and it needed to be replaced. There are a ton of stains on the furniture in the common area and the main areas of the building which is not shown in the pictures. The ads for the building say that weekly cleaning is provided but this was not our experience. It was inconsistent and if it happened the counters were wiped off and the trash was taken out. We weren’t provided with soap or dish washer pods consistently. The common area bathroom was cleaned twice over the 10 months even though we reached out to request it be cleaned more often. The washer smelled like puke. Oh we also had one fork the entire 10 months for 4 people. We asked them to provide us with more since it said silverware was included and we couldn’t bring our own. They never replaced it. We also had a pretty major safety concern with one of our roommates and would consistently find blood in the shared bathroom. Despite going to management multiple times about this, it was also not addressed. I had a package stolen from inside the building and when I went to management about it they consistently said they were looking into it and eventually stopped responding or switched managers. The other roommates were great and so is the view from the roof but that’s about it.

I met with Giovanni today to tour the space and they were wonderful! Addams co-living is spacious, clean and ideal for young professionals working or studying in the area. There’s a ton of coworking space, covered parking, a gym, a rooftop to die for and friendly people. The units have updated finishes, in-unit washer/dryer, and the building is well lit! I’m new to the area, so Giovanni being helpful, knowledgeable and friendly was a plus for sure! Fingers crossed guys, this may be new home 🫶🏾
