This has been a fantastic place for my daughter to live. The apartment was clean and cute. We have been very happy with the security of the building. She was able to park close by and was never frightened to come in the building. She never had any maintenance issues at all. It's a perfect location as she was able to walk to all of her classes. Overall, it's a great place!

I have lived in several different places all over Chattanooga, and this was by far the worst. It took months of constant noise complaints for me to finally get a formal noise complaint written against them. Seriously, months. There is a 24 hour quiet policy in the lease. My girlfriend brought her dog over one time and I IMMEDIATELY got threatened with a $300 fine that was in the lease about no other pets allowed on property. See the irony? The lease stipulations apparently only apply to whoever they feel like applying it to. They screw you out of two weeks worth of rent. They write their lease where if you move in on the first, you'll move out on the 15th on the final month but you still have to pay a final rent installment so watch out for that. Last, I moved out well over 30 days ago. I still have not had my deposit returned. It took repetitive calls to get any information on it. When I finally got someone to speak to about it, they simply informed me 'they've been busy.' I reminded them that according to Tennessee law they HAVE to return the deposit in 30 days. Their response was again 'we've been incredibly busy.' That was a week ago when that conversation happened so Tuesday, I'm going to have to contact an attorney. I know they try to push the 'college student' market so if you are new to the area for UTC, I advise you to research the apartment market more before going here. The price is high for the small convenience of being right next to campus. There are TONS of complexes within a ten minute drive of UTC that are way more reasonable in price and come with amenities like pools, community clubhouses, or functioning staff. Hope this helps. I usually never leave reviews but this one I felt was worthy of my two cents so that maybe someone won't deal with this headache.

Great location for students. Very close to local restaurants, and accessible by walking distance. Very reasonable pricing for anyone starting out, especially since the apartments are fully furnished, and Tara is always ready to help you with anything you need.

This is an awesome place to live if you don't want to drive to campus everyday for classes and still get the college feel without RAs and with nicer apartments! Plus it's way closer to campus than Douglas Heights and way more quiet haha! Def the better pick between the two
