One of the absolute worst apartments I have lived in. When I first moved here back in 2023 I was living on the 1st floor, there was constant issues with flies. I complained often, it took me threatening to break the lease for them to offer to move me to the second floor. I had to move myself with no help with all my furniture to the next apartment. And some of my furniture was too big so I needed to throw some of those things away. They charged me a disposal fee. The doors automatically close and lock so if you step too far from the door you’ll be locked out which happens often to people in the apartment. There is a constant rotation of property managers because it seems as though people are constantly quitting or getting fired. Even when their is a property manager present they are very often out of the office or late or leaving early so it’s hard to catch them when you need assistance. And what makes it worst is that it’s near impossible to get on the phone with anyone when you need help and they are very slow in responding back. Furthermore even in my second floor apartment I’ve had issues with my light, it once went out for a whole week. Garbage in the garage often is full, and their is now some large waste bin of some sort in front of the building which is not aesthetically pleasing. I literally cannot wait to move. I do not recommend leasing

I don't even know where to begin, and I cannot recommend this incredible building enough!! I am a college student at UVA and was looking for an apartment for the next several years. My parents have always taught me to never compromise where I live, and they (and I) were looking for something that isn't your typical college apartment. They wanted to have peace-of-mind that I would be living in a building that was safe, well taken-care of, not noisy due to being primarily occupied by students, and that my neighbors would be exceptional as well. That is exactly the case at 600 West Main. I toured several other apartments but didn't feel the same way as I did when I walked in the doors of this building. 600 West Main is by far the most luxurious, well-maintained, elegant, and beautiful building I've ever been in. Every resident I've met has only had good things to say about this building, so the decision to move here was a very easy one. The move-in/leasing process was simple and convenient. This building has everything you could ever need and more. It feels like you live in the Ritz-Carlton! The best part of this building is the property manager, Megan. She is the most kind, professional, and compassionate person you will ever meet. She has been beyond helpful throughout the leasing process and goes above and beyond to make sure each resident is well taken-care of. Megan even came to give my parents a tour at 9 PM on a Saturday evening so they could see the apartment before leaving early the next morning. She is an exceptional person and it is honor to work with/know her. She has set the bar so high that it will make living in any other building very difficult. Megan reassured my parents that she will always be there and check in on me while I am away from home, which means everything to them. I cannot thank her enough for everything she's done for me and my family. I think I speak on behalf of essentially all the other residents in the building, but if Megan ever leaves, we'll be leaving also. She is the backbone of this building and does everything for everyone. Megan is truly exceptional, and everyone in this building loves her so much. It is such a blessing to call this beautiful building home. I am so grateful to live here and don't ever want to leave this luxurious, beautifully-designed, and very elegant building in the center of Charlottesville. I truly cannot recommend 600 West Main enough!

While we were staying at a hotel in Charlottesville to get acclimated to the area we noticed a building that caught our eye. We were in the process of relocating our family from Florida. Six Hundred is super intimate, aesthetically pleasing, built with intention and integrity. The views are unmatched and the "art gallery" feel makes you forget you are in an apartment complex. While browsing homes and apartments; Megan, the property manager reached out to us for a tour. We were extremely excited to see what the building could offer. It exceeded our expectations, Megan has exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout this move-in process. Megan is so attentive, caring and kind. We can truly say she is a huge reason as to why we felt comfortable making this move. She is a true gem! We are so proud to call this our home.

Six Hundred West Main is an incredible building with absolutely gorgeous apartments but the highlight is the property manager, Megan. She sets the bar for kindness, care, and customer service. She ensures everything is clean, painted, fixed, and completely ready for you. Whenever you need help, she is always ready and willing to solve any problem. Megan is constantly going the extra mile and I have no idea how she does it all! Moving in to Six Hundred West Main will be the easiest thing you have ever done, thanks to the amazing building and the even more amazing Megan!

I'll start this by saying if Megan ever leaves, my family will be outta here!!! lol She is the true epitome of what a property/building manager should be. She literally welcomed my family with open arms after a long & challenging home search and we are beyond grateful for her support through the process to call this place home. Six hundred West Main has been everything we could've asked for and more. The attention to detail throughout the building is unmatched! If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity to get into this building, it is a true no brainer!
