Had a few issues logged with Woodard properties on Tuesday 03/24 and had such an amazing experience 48 hours later we had a visit from the maintenance team specifically Ronnie and Randall and all I can say is exceptional service. The guys were very friendly, quick and sorted out all of my issues within an hours time. From looking at our listing the first day with Hez Dillon till now, the only words I have is exceptional and professional. I would recommend Woodlands properties to anyone in the area and if you can request to work with these three gentleman I would definitely recommend it. Absolutely stunning services. Thanks guys.

Jamie came out to my daughter’s property when a/c was as out. It was the going to be in high 90’s . It was such a quick response and he had it fixed in no time. He cleaned up behind himself. He was very efficient. She put a request in first thing in the morning and he was there within a couple hours. Great job!!

I had great experience getting maintaince at Woodward Properities and Celso! I put in a service request at night and Celso came promptly in the morning to look at the electric issue! He patiently looked at the problem and revisited once I got the necessary fixture. The second time he went out of the and waited for me while I returned from work. He was successfully solved my problem and put in great efforts to do so! He really didnt have to go out of the way. Great experience! 😀
