Even though I don’t live here, I’m constantly stopping by the leasing office or visiting friends and every single experience has been incredible. The staff genuinely go above and beyond and make this place feel welcoming the moment you walk in. Huge shoutout to Chanon, Megan, Priscilla, and Angela (they’re absolute star). I’ve spent countless nights hanging out here, and the energy, professionalism, and kindness of the team honestly make Millennium One feel like home. If you’re even thinking about living here, do yourself a favor and tour..you won’t regret it.

I’d give zero stars if I could. The apartment is unsanitary, nasty and they will literally not do anything about residents living there VANDALIZING YOUR DOORS. Yes. On multiple occasions, residents vandalized our door, left food on our doormat, THREW FECES AT OUR DOOR. the front office promised they would send someone to clean our door & disinfect the hallway, but no one ever came so my roommate ended up having to do it herself. Furthermore, we talked to the front office about installing cameras or having security patrol our building more often and they said “they wanted nothing to do with it” and said they could call corporate instead. I don’t know who corporate is, but they never did anything either! The incident with the feces happened 4 times and we practically had to beg them to send someone to clean the door. Even up to this point, nothing has been done. Apartment is UNSANITARY. Staff does not take you seriously if you’re a young person. In addition to all of this, when we tried to break our lease they wouldn’t let us because we’d “mess up the occupancy rate.” Sure the apartments are nice and the rent isn’t overly expensive, but unless you want to deal with literal feces on your door DO NOT SIGN HERE.

I visited my girlfriend in October of 2025 and instantly felt like home! The apartment was very spacious, beautiful and modern. There was enough space for all of her roommates plus me. Highly recommend this complex!

My daughter visited the apartments in the spring, and the agent showed her a model of a two-bedroom unit. She loved it and signed the lease. The assigned move-in date was Thursday, August 14th — and that’s where the nightmare began. The apartment was in filthy, unsanitary, precarious condition. Everything was disgusting — the kitchen cabinets were full of stains, and the floors throughout the entire apartment were so dirty that shoes stuck to the surface. But the worst part was the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom was nasty: the bathtub was brown, it looked like someone had done a terrible paint job because even the light switches were painted over, and there was an appalling amount of pubic hair in the bathroom. I went to the office to complain, and the agent told me they would send over a cleaning crew in 30 minutes. Well, they might as well have sent Casper the Ghost, because no one ever showed up to clean the apartment. My daughter was on the verge of a panic attack. We went to Target, spent $130 on cleaning supplies, and spent the entire day scrubbing the whole place ourselves. To make matters worse, the management company changed just one week before move-in, and we only received an email notice. Don’t even get me started on the exterior — I even had to scrub the front door and sweep the front of the apartment. Millennium, one of your properties is absolutely disgusting! Unfortunately, we are stuck with a lease. 1. Bathroom: - [ ] a. Towel rack with holes, needs patching. - [ ] B. Hole under shower head - [ ] Shower head leaking - [ ] Bathroom sink slow to drain - [ ] Shower not cleaned, completely filthy and black with pubic hairs everywhere. 1. Breaker panel missing screws on the cover. 2. Front entry: - [ ] Massive stain on the floor - [ ] There is no glass in the peep hole able to see completely u to apartment. - [ ] Hornets nest above door - [ ] Gutter on stairs disconnected - [ ] All stairs and breeze ways are filthy need cleaning - [ ] Exterior door and frame filthy 1. Shared space - [ ] Missing knob on laundry door

I’ve just started living here, and my experience has been very positive so far. The staff and living arrangements are great, and they truly take good care of residents. I especially want to highlight the lease specialist, Pricilla she did a wonderful job keeping me informed and updated throughout the process.
