Thank heavens that Cheyenne is gone. She hardly ever came out of her office to interact with the community. But all the promotions talk about how this is a community and this is your new home. For over a year: The grills have been broken. They knew about this and she said it costs so much money she didn't want to pay it and then the tenants ruin it. When it comes to the front lights outside it's unsafe at night. If you want to get raped or robbed it's a great place to walk in front of the apartment complex at night because only one of the 9 illuminating lights along the walkway is operational. Management knew about this but didn't want to pay to get them fixed. Know those beautiful TVS in the clubhouse that are advertised? They don't work you can access them when you ask management they shrug and say they don't know. You wanna play pool? too bad we don't have all the balls and no pool sticks but we have plenty of stains for you. You like poop? there's plenty here for you to step on since we allow animals and we don't really Force tennants to clean up the animal waste which spreads disease, so make sure you don't walk inside of your apartment with your shoes on. You wanna car to break into? well there's plenty here since the garage door stay open a lot of the time you can just drive in breaking to someone's car and drive out many of the cameras don't work and there's plenty of blind spots if you know where to sneak. Security here is a joke I haven't seen them in months but there's plenty of police here paramedics due to domestic violence, overdoses, fights & break ins. If you do raise the complaint just know the small young lady at the front desk will give you an attitude not talk to you afterwards. Bailey Allen will treat you different as well because you brought up legitimate complaint. The lady in the office with the dogs won't talk to you anymore because you brought up a legitimate concern. On professionalism they are getting paid you are paying them- you essentially keep them employed but if you bring up a complaint they take it personal as if it's their business. You wouldn't complain if they actually treated this business as their business instead of just a job with a clock in and clock out and don't care about experience and community. So do not send your 18-year-old to here because if they don't know how to advocate for themselves they will have a hard work experience as proven by the comments here. I'm in public relations and I don't know who is doing there social media these can responses to customer complaints is subpar. You don't address a complaint publicly until after you've rectified it but they don't realize that and they will respond to a complaint to try to make the business look good but in fact it makes the business look even worse. So me and a couple other tenants are getting signatures and complaints and we're going to send those to Scion group directly since management here is not helpful.

When your community and staff could be compared to a wet leaf on the usefulness scale, you deserve 1-star. I lived here for two years, and the actual headaches I went through.. For starters, if you live here ABSOLUTELY purchase some kind of doorbell camera not just for the people who don't live there that sneak in through the "tight" security measures, but because leasing office will try to charge you for things that aren't from you. My Ring caught members of the leasing office leaving furniture outside of our door, and then trying to claim it's ours and charging us. So that was that, but wait there's so much more. Let's talk about the super thin walls that you can hear your neighbor on the phone with his mom or his music (I had to couch crash, sleep in my car, and eventually get a hotel because I work full time and it was finals week and I couldn't sleep because of him; mind you I was understanding of the early evening hours, but would call security when it reached past midnight, and it was 4-5days/wk; management said they would "talk" with him, but this went on for WEEKS); let's talk about them charging us for damage done to the couch after we informed them of the damages from the previous owners (in an email, so I had written documentation); let's talk about the literal roaches in the hallway and units because the grounds aren't kept; let's talk about the time it took to get a mail key; let's talk about the parking situation, and how my car was illegally towed out of the garage (with a parking permit might I add); and more. EVENTUALLY, after walking on nails, a solution would be found, but it's like going to war with management when an issue arises. Nothing is never easy while on this property. I cannot recommend enough to you, reader, to STAY AWAY from this place. This place needs a serious remodel, new management, new everything.

I was very excited to tour this property because I was considering it as a place to live while attending college. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The staff member who assisted us came across as rude and had a negative attitude in the way she spoke to both my mother and me, which made us feel unwelcome. On top of that, we were told that they couldn’t show us a model apartment because it was being used due to high demand. Instead, we were only shown the pool and gym, which were not important factors in my housing decision. I was hoping to see the actual living space, since that’s the most important part of choosing an apartment. Overall, the poor customer service and the inability to view an apartment left me with a negative impression of the property. Because of this experience, I decided not to move there.

I would leave a zero but you can’t do that so a 1 it is. This place is absolutely disgusting. I moved in and already the floors are DIRTY. the cabinets and drawers are BROKEN and chipped. There’s roaches. Good luck when it gets hot because the AC doesn’t work. The walls are EXTREMELY thin, you’ll hear everything. There has been several times where there is a nasty smell through the hallways because of trash not being picked up. And there was a pile of animal feces in the doorway to get in and out of the garage. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The price is low for a reason!!

My son pays his rent here and pays for a parking space in the deck. His car has a parking sticker. We needed to take him to the airport and bring his car home so he could drive back to campus in a few days. He asked someone at the desk if he could park in the guest spaces up front for half the day so we could pick his car up and was told he could. We couldn’t pick it up from his normal space because the only gate opener he has is in the car. Anyway we get there to get the car and it’s been towed. There is no posted sign to tell you where to call if your car is towed and no one answers or calls you back to help with the situation. Once we finally got in touch with someone, we were told what tow company had the vehicle. We arrive there and are told we have to have an appointment to even talk to someone. Finally $300 later we get the car. They are taking advantage of college kids. He took all the correct steps and still no one including the manager Bethany wanted to correct their error.
