I had an amazing experience finding my very first apartment here! The entire staff was great, but I want to give a special shoutout to Abby and Hailee. Abby toured us around the property, showed us the room, and answered every single question we had with total professionalism. Hailee, who I spoke with on the phone multiple times, was incredibly helpful and always had such an amazing, welcoming tone. They both made my first time renting experience completely stress free. Happy to say this was a 10/10, uncomplicated process!

Arcadia is the 3rd student living that i have been at and honestly i have to say it’s been the best experience of them all. The layout is what initially drew my attention because of the cute setup. After I toured I was even more in love and couldn’t wait to sign my lease. The staff is always so friendly and willing to help when needed. Not to mention the maintenance team moves with a quickness when requests are sent in which is a commodity not often found. My favorite part is the amenities and the quality of the spaces provided. The gym comes fully equipped with more options than most apartments and even includes a sauna! How often do you find that? Study rooms always come in handy when you need peace and quiet away from home and provide another safe space for students to complete tasks as needed. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my experience here so far so much so that my lease was renewed for a second year within months of the initial one beginning!

I’ve had a really great experience with Arcadia Student Living. I used the Aigentless app to tour potential apartments and it was an overall positive experience. The location is super convenient for UNCC, and the shuttle makes getting to and from campus easy. I like how the apartments are modern, fully furnished, and having your own bathroom with an in-unit laundry is a huge plus. The amenities are honestly one of the best parts of the complex. The pool, gym, and study spaces make it feel way more than just student housing. Overall, it’s a comfortable, convenient place to live and a great option near campus.

I’ve had a great experience living here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, which makes daily life much easier. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I especially appreciate the modern appliances, ample storage space, and natural lighting throughout the unit. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally, which really shows that management cares about residents.

Living at Arcadia has been a great experience. I have lived here for two years and one of my favorite things about this apartment is the gym. The gym on my campus is always full versus Arcadia’s where I never have to wait a long amount of time to use the equipment for my workout. Their staff is helpful and accommodating as long as you communicate with them. My only issue is sometimes my gate hang tag wasn’t working at the beginning of the year but this has been fixed now.
