I’ve had a really positive experience living at Summit on Meeting. The location is great, the amenities are well maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve needed help. One person who has really stood out is Carter. He has been professional, approachable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear that he cares about residents and wants to make sure they have a good experience. Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here and would recommend Summit on Meeting to anyone looking for a convenient place to live in Charleston with a supportive leasing team.

I really loved my time at Summit Place. Every staff member was extremely helpful and kind. The amenities are top tier and my experience was nothing short of awesome. Would recommend Summit apartments for anyone in the area looking for housing.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Summit Place! The events at the clubhouse have been electric every time and impact my week for the better. The smiling faces at the front desk put a smile on my own and the staff is always efficient. I highly recommend Summit Place!

This apartment complex is an absolute disgrace. A homeless man broke into my friend's apartment because management failed to fix a broken lock that had been reported over and over again. They claimed it was repaired—it wasn't. She came home to find a stranger sleeping on her couch, drinking from her fridge, and going through her personal belongings, including private Polaroids and Clothing.... She was supposed to be home hours earlier. If she had been, this situation could have ended in tragedy. This wasn't bad luck—it was a preventable security failure caused by management's negligence. Residents trust you to provide a safe place to live, and you failed in the most basic way possible. If management can't be trusted to fix something as critical as a broken lock, how can anyone feel safe living here? No one should have to worry about coming home to a complete stranger inside their apartment. Avoid this place at all costs. Resident safety clearly isn't a priority.

WARNING Here is a homeless person sleeping on my 21yr old gfs couch who lives alone. Her doors electric lock mechanism had broken as most of the things do in summit place. I personally called management my self to have them fix it in which they told me they were and even put in a work order for it. 3 weeks later when she got back to Charleston she came home to the door still unlocked and a homeless man sleeping in her unit which is on the second floor so how did he even get in? Besides food being stolen, the man puking on the floor and using her shower atleast she was not harmed. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism and repetitive failure summit place has maintained to create a safe and livable environment for its residents. Genuinely do not live here for your own safety and well being. (The only people that leave good reviews do it because they are getting something out of it)
