Since new management took over, my experience has been quite wonderful! This place already has the charm, views, and environment. All it needed was someone who cared and they absolutely crushed it! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free, clean, and beautiful apartment/community. Thank you again to Zach and all of the office members for being so accommodating. I’m very grateful for them!

Moved into a fresh apartment number 204. Everything looked clean and it smelled good. Every thing worked well with no problems. Workers here are super nice and very responsive.

My Son has lived here for two years and starting his third. The new management has turned the place around! Matthew Nelson the Associate General Manager is always very helpful and responsive. My son loves it there!

I’ve lived at 930 Nomo for two years now, and we’ve had many ups and down. I will say I’m very pleased with the new management team. They seem to genuinely care, want to make improvements, and take suggestions. I also want to express how amazing the maintenance team has been. It’s been mainly the same people in the two years I’ve lived there. They are always so fast and helpful when we put in maintenance requests. Again, Nomo has had ups and downs, but overall I’ve had a positive experience living there. I also really took for granted the parking. It’s really nice to have the option of the garage and the lot, and also have room for visitors. My favorite amenity is probably the pool deck. I’ve never not been able to find a chair and the pool is maintained really well.

This place has great amenities, easy going (and well as easy to approach) staff when somethings gone awry or I cannot locate something in the building. Shout-out to their new addition, James. Reliable and swift with responding and resolving issues to the best of their abilities, always appreciated 👍🏼
