400 Meeting, charleston-sc

I’ve really loved living at 400 Meeting. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re a student, everything downtown is close and easy to get to. The apartments are nice and have good natural light, and the amenities are actually useful (not just for show). The staff is also really helpful and quick to respond, which makes a big difference. Overall it’s just been a really solid place to live.

My student has had continued troubles at this location. They have had to explain video surveillance camera angles to staff multiple times when confronted with roomates falsly accusing them of inappropriate behaviour. Mail room situation also not good. Besides stolen items from move in, my student needed a replacement phone. It was delivered, but not the right name, so instead of checking, they just sent it back via UPS. Very fustrating...

We had an exceptional experience at 400 Meeting in Charleston, SC, this summer. From the moment we arrived, Adam (the leasing manager) and Jayme (the property manager) were invaluable. The apartment layout was perfect for our son, with a private bathroom connected to the bedroom, parking, and great amenities like the gym and pool. The location near downtown was ideal! Adam quickly resolved any minor issues - his responsiveness was especially impressive, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our son's stay. If you’re looking for a rental unit for your college student, we highly recommend 400 Meeting. It’s a well-managed, convenient, and welcoming place to call home! And an added bonus, Big Bad Restaurant is right around the corner and so good!

The leasing manager was exceptional, and I love the fact that we can go to our favorite coffee shop blum coffee, just literally in five eleven meeting street.So it's a five minute walk for us. Great location in downtown couldn't be happier

The management gets people to write 5 star reviews from people who haven't lived a day in 400. The review from Craft Axe Throwing from Knoxville, TN is one of the fakest reviews I've seen on here. You don't need to look hard to find that more than half the reviews are fake. The girl with the German shepherd shouldn't be near tenants with the attitude she has. The floor above ours leaked water into our apartment in the middle of the kitchen. Instead of contacting us about this bad experience, they threatened to fee us if we turned off the industrial fans that were running in our kitchen 24/7. Don't pay for $250 parking because they will let anyone park where they want. My car was vandalized when I was parked in my designated spot and the management couldn't care less.
