I have had a great experience renting with Unique Properties! They have been amazing to work with and answer any questions or maintenance requests in a timely manner. Everyone is so kind and happy to help with whatever you may need. I highly recommend checking out their properties and renting through them if you have the chance!

My boyfriend I have been renting through Unique Properties for over 5 years now consistently. They have been more than accommodating throughout the years for us both. We had both started with a short 6 month lease both individually of our own and loved it the first 6 months so much that we decided to coincide and live together in one single unit together and have now signed over 5 leases with them. They were more than helpful with showing us all the different units they had available that were accommodating for our needs and desires for an apartment/home. They have always been completely transparent when it has came to all of the terms of the lease and all the amazing amenities and certain policies and any information about their units for us. Any problems/maintenance issues that have happened over the last 5 years were immediately taken care of with kindness and efficiency. Which we’ve had like next to barely 0 of any issues to even complain about but what little anything we’ve had was completely resolved with the quickness. Also, all of the women that work in the office are a joy to be around, beyond friendly, and super helpful. Drew & Julie are amazing!!! And the maintenance crew always helps whatever issues we have had over the years as well. Overall, this has been my first place of my own I’ve ever in my life…. And my boyfriend and I have been forever grateful to them. They are definitely a awesome rental property to go through! Definitely recommend. :)

I have rented a few various apartments through them over the last five years and it has been a very smooth experience the entire time. They are very kind, friendly and helpful every time I have seen any of them whether it is in the office or at the properties. Not many issues with my apartment at all over five years, what few there have been were resolved pretty quickly. I'd highly recommend leasing through them!

Unique Properties was recommended to me by a friend two years ago, and I'm glad they did because the people who work in the office are very friendly, cooperative, and are willing to help out with whatever concerns you have. I'm glad to have chosen Unique Property as my first for renting out an apartment and I would highly recommend anyone to reach out to them if you're interested. You won't regret it!

I’ve lived with U Properties for almost 4 years now and I’ve had the best experience! The ladies in the office are always so kind and understanding! The maintenance men are always quick if I have any issues! Highly recommend these cute apartments :)
