Campus Pointe Apartments, charleston-il

I like that it was very simple to get into here. Didn't have to think very hard on literally being my first time buying a apartment. It's comfortable. You get what's advertised. and the extra amenities are cool to. I'm a big dog person and seeing dogs at the dog park they have at the entrance as I pass to get home from work just makes my day a bit better from their goofy behavior when they want attention from me. 😂.

Campus pointe has hands down been the best apartments I have ever rented from. Maintenance responds to anything that I need fixed within less than a day. They keep the grounds clean. It’s pet friendly with a dog park. I feel safe here and appreciate having a clean positive environment. Thank you Campus Pointe

Maintenance has generally been responsive when issues come up, and the property is usually kept clean and well maintained. The neighbors are also fairly quiet most of the time, which makes it a good place to relax after a long day. I’ve had a pretty good experience living here overall. The location is really convenient and close to everything I need, which has made day-to-day living a lot easier. The apartment itself is comfortable and has a good amount of space, and the layout works well for my needs.

I love Campus Pointe. Kendall(the office) is so nice and informative and generally cares for the residents. Brad & Daniel take care of the community and are always super nice when you see them around. Everyone makes you feel like they’ve known you forever and that they care. I have medication that has to be refrigerated and when it arrives they put it in the office fridge until I can come get it. I have never needed to ask for that but they have always done it for me. When my apartment’s refrigerator started having problems they got me a new one the next day. They go above and beyond and the apartments are nice and updated vs most homes in the area as well. Five ⭐️ from me 😊

I love this place with all my passion , they are so friendly that welcoming you they allow pets , they provide everything you would need for your first apartment / young family’s they have a amazing dog park , they have a amazing quality they’re very flexible and open to any kind of situation. We love campus pointe it’s the best apartment complex we have found in Charleston iL!!!!!! Go check them out and they are leasing get more info and move right in with no issues, they are litterly the best I’ve ever had I lived here almost a year in November and I’m by far loving it I def am going to miss it when we find a house because there so nice and amazing with everything they do you have a problem they fix it right away and don’t wait campus pointe apartments is the best apartments around town by far!!!!!😁😁😁
