I currently rent through Bowers and I have to say they have been the best! We never have to wait if we have any issues, they respond promptly! Kylie in the office is the sweetest ever and is there to answer all of my questions day or night! Darrin gives major dad vibes and has been such an amazing company to rent from. If I end up staying in the area, bowers will continue to be my go to! 💚

I am a student athlete at eastern and myself and my teammates have rented from bowers over the past 3 years and they have been nothing but great. Anything that needs fixed they are on it right away. And as college students living on our own for the first time anytime we’ve needed help or had a questions they have always been there to respond as soon as they can. Would highly recommend! Great people and great rental company who has worked very well with our needs!

I absolutely love Bower’s Rentals! They’ve made my first rental experience a positive one. The team is incredibly accommodating, kind, and always clear and transparent about everything, which has made the entire experience stress-free. The rentals are affordable and well taken care of, and the maintenance crew is reliable and quick to address any issues that come up. They truly care about their tenets’ needs and are great people.

Babyyyy! I don’t play about them! Been with them for about 3 years going to 4, when I came in it was in a rush because a different landlord & company in Charleston stole my deposit and made it difficult to communicate with them about it! But luckily I knew someone who let me know about bowers and I was able to move in ASAP and they understood and helped with my situation! So needless to say, they are good people and very much understanding with trying to help out students and overall tenants, don’t have any complaints! Amazing staff and honestly rent isn’t that bad and I love my apartment! :)

Choosing to rent through bowers rental was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The people are amazing to work with and anytime I need anything they are very quick to assist! The location is great and only a short distance away from campus. My roommates and I love to cook and enjoy evenings in our apartment that we’ve made into our cozy space that feels just like home!
