Are the apartments pet-friendly?

Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! Each apartment is allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets with the exception of restricted breeds that can be provided by the leasing office.

Do I need to be a student to live here?

No! As long as you meet our qualifying criteria you do not need to be a student to live here!

If I don't have a guarantor, how can I still qualify to live here?

If you are not a student and do not qualify individually or have a guarantor to sign with, we’ve partnered with Leap, a lease guaranty service, to offer an additional way to qualify. Visit LeapEasy.com to learn more! If you are a student, you can enroll in our Guarantor Waiver Program through your online application. The cost for this service is to be paid directly to the property with your monthly installment amount. Will I need a guarantor for my lease?
