Kingswood Apartments, chapel-hill-nc

We loved it. Very close to the bus stop and one stop out from the university. Lived here for two years with no problems. Any maintenance issues we had they resolved them very quickly. Since I was renting the apartment for my daughter, needless to say, I was very picky. Very close to the walking trail, My daughter loved it! Very quiet place to live.

We have been here for 6 months. Its a very nice place especially if you have a vehicle as there is more than ample parking. Management and staff at the office are very nice and willing to help with anything you need. If you have any problems in your Apartment service request are often answered within a few hours. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live close to Chapel Hill, but away from all the hustle and bustle of Franklin street.

I had a positive experience leasing an apartment at Kingswood. Katya in the leasing office was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure my move-in went smoothly. The apartment was clean and in good condition, and the service department responded quickly to a small issue I had. Kingswood is a great place to live for someone who wants to be close to campus. There is a bus stop right outside the complex, making it easy to get around without a car. I am still relatively new to Kingswood, but so far I am very pleased with my decision to live here. I will update this post with future experiences.

We’ve been living here for 6 months so far, and there’s nothing to complain about, honestly. Very quiet community, everyone’s friendly. We love our house, walkable distance to the campus (about 45 minutes, half of the walk through the hiking trail), a lot of deer close by, birds, squirrels. All surrounded by trees. A lot of supermarkets not so far away, a nice place to stay, even when you don’t have a car, which is nice for international students as myself!

I’ve been living here for over a month now and have had a fantastic experience so far. I love the proximity to campus (~3 stops away from the health sciences buildings) and that there’s a bus stop right out front! I also really like my apartment- there is ample space and light, and additions like the breakfast bar and newer kitchen make it a great place to live. Maintenance is insanely fast to fix anything, even though I haven’t had any big issues. The office staff is absolutely amazing, and part of the reason I chose to live here. Isvela was wonderful when I was touring virtually from another country, walking all around the property to show me the amenities and answering lots of questions over email and in person when I moved in. Ian also goes above and beyond- he even helped me with a maintenance issue on a weekend, which was way outside of his job description. The people here are just that kind. I haven’t had any bug issues, which I was a little worried about in Chapel Hill, and I love that Morgan Creek Trail runs right beside the property for walks/runs! There aren’t many places left in Chapel Hill with the combination of amenities and value that Kingswood has, and I recommend this community wholeheartedly.
