I’ve been living at tower this year. Overall it has been a good experience. For the price, I feel it is great value. $800 a month, for this location is great. The room is extremely spacious as well. The staff is nice. I’ve had issues with my roomate, but Miss Johnson has been a great mediator. She has handled our situation with grace and it hasn’t felt like she’s taken any sides. She’s very understanding and easy to speak with. The rest of the staff is nice as well. Certain things about the apartment can definitely be better. When I first moved in, the apartment was a bit dusty and dirty, but I know it isn’t a modern-expensive apartment. It is a bit older of a building. Regardless, I’ve resigned for next year and I look forward to my stay.

My friend and I were given a tour by Ethan and he was very helpful! He showed us the gym, laundry room and did a good job explaining how everything would work if we lived there. He was very prepared and gave us a very good experience !! He even gave us a free drink 😁

My experience at Tower at Third was not great or good at all. I felt like the staff there didn't care about their residents as much as they seemed to advertise. Living there for the first year, it felt so stuffy since the windows didn't and couldn't open. Moving in, I believed that they did open. I would recommend doing something about windows opening since I knew other residents who felt the same. At the very least, let future residents know about this. I decided to lease at Tower for a second year because it is a great location to anywhere on campus(10-15 minutes). I will say that the sunrises and sunsets are stunning if you live on a higher floor. There were benefits to living here, but each floor was the same in layout and was almost like a jail. The location, amenities, and package handling were the only good things I enjoyed about living there. I would not recommend living here, but I wanted to share my truthful and honest experience.

I absolutely love the Tower at Third! I’ve been living here for a year and I have zero complaints. Maintenance arrives efficiently once you report an issue, managers Javona and Maddy are sweethearts who always want to help, and the included amenities are incredible! I would absolutely recommend living here :)

My friend and I were given a tour by Ethan, and he was the GOAT 🐐. He was very helpful and showed us all of the amenities in addition to the actual apartment. He answered all of our questions and was very kind about it. He was legit TOURamaxxing!
