The facility and location are great, but the staff seems nice yet completely irresponsible. When you submit a maintenance request, it simply gets ignored. The building relies on student workers in my opinion, who are too young to understand responsibility. For instance, I recently invited guests over and they were shocked by the loud, chaos of the staff in the hallways—definitely not the first impression I wanted to make in my new home. On top of that, be prepared to have no hot water at night unless you let it run for half an hour first. Shortly after moving in, they pressure you to renew your lease. If you don't, it feels like they want to kick you out as soon as possible because they don't value you as a tenant. If you want a luxury apartment that is actually worth the price, I recommend looking elsewhere unless you have a very strong reason to choose this building.

This place truly feels like home. It’s peaceful, clean, and perfectly organized, making everyday life comfortable and stress-free. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to create a relaxing environment. It’s not just a place to stay, but a space where you can rest, focus, and feel at ease. I genuinely enjoy living here.

The employees are always welcoming and nice but the management here is terrible. They always charge you extra $ behind your back and this happened already three times for me. For parking, fees when subleasing, and credit building service. For the parking - they said they won’t able to give me a monthly permit since I didn’t have the plate registered yet. Offered temporary permit without notifiyng me there’s fee associated with it. When I asked about it, the first thing management says is I need to move my vehicle first without even explaining about the situation.

I had a great experience with Seven07. All the staff were extremely helpful in the application process and were very welcoming during the tour. The apartment on its own is very clean and seems like such a great environment and I am super excited to live there next year!

Seven07 is a fantastic. The staff are very helpful and the amenities the building has to offer are great. Anyone who is still undecided on where to live for the school year should choose Seven07.
