Thought about leaving a neutral comment but what happened after moving out is unbearable — While I was moving in, the apartment offered no cleaning of the carpet and no repainting. Upon leaving, they charge around $300 for the damage. Overall, the repair team was excellent, they patch things up fair quickly. The gym was also not bad, equipments are old but reliable. The package collection system was a total mess, on average, I would lose one out of three things ordered. The sound insulation is the worst part of this apartment, you can clearly hear the walking/speaking sound of people living above and under you. And if you happened to be assign to the south side (facing street), the paper thin wall is not going to help you much. Finally, as many comments have noted, the heater tends to break down during the coldest days and the air conditioner tends to break down during the warmest days.

I have quite enjoyed my experience living here. The apartment is nice and pretty well sound proofed which is a big thing for me. The maintenance and leasing office staff are nice and get to most problems very quickly. The biggest gripe and why I have lowered the stars even though I love living here is with the parking garage and security concerns. One of the biggest things is that it is basically impossible to reach the leasing office unless you go in person. The people are helpful if you're able to get to them but any time I have tried calling when the office is open no one picks up. Sometimes the office will close early or not be open at all with no warning. Any time I have tried calling both the phone numbers provided the phone will ring and you'll be connected to their AI assistant Sam which how does that help anyone?? I've never been locked out but it worries me that if I could not get ahold of them for a simple problem then what would happen if I did? The second is that I've brought up to the office time and time again about the parking garage as I pay a lot of money to park my car in there both for safety of the car and mainly myself. When I toured I was promised the garage would have secured parking gate where you would need a scanner to enter and that sounded great. Not only was the gate not ready before then but it took 3 months with asking the leasing office about it to actually get the gate working. I asked about getting compensation during this time as I was paying for something I wasn't receiving but was rejected. This is also to mention that the gate breaks often and would be left open for anyone to enter or park their car in and by the time of writing this review the gate is STILL BROKEN with no updates from management. This might not sound like a big deal but there have been people smoking in the garage, there have been homeless people camping in there, and I have had things stolen out of the garage to little concern of the management when I reported it to them. Security is a big concern of mine and I wish it was taken more seriously here. Another problem while not too related to security is that there is a million delivery drivers who will park their cars in the garage, in front of the garage, or in the entrance to the parking lot behind the building and they block the way in or out so you cannot leave. While I understand that's not something the management can really fix I'm surprised it's a problem that I deal with weekly and it is very annoying. I'm hoping these are problems that can be fixed in the last few months of me living here but I'm not too hopeful. I feel that the amount I pay to live here these should be non-issues.

I really liked the tour that was conducted by Collin. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. I don’t think I had a single question unanswered. I’m very excited to live here next year, and I cannot wait to be apart of a community that is so helpful and welcoming! I can’t wait to make the best out of my college years, and I’m happy that this is where I’ll be able to do that :)

I have lived here for three years. The maintenance has been great and they have made improvements. But there is homeless problemn. People sneak in the garage and steal stuff. I do think investing in a security overnight for part of the year would be helpful especially in the winter

Working with Latitude has always been a wonderful experience. Jordan and his team have been an absolute dream to work with. You can tell they really care about the property and making sure everything goes smoothly. The entire team is extremely organized and helpful.
