Easy 1 star. The majority of these google review are fake. Pool cues have been broken the entire year. Sports simulator has been broken for 90% of year. I can see the nice Hot tub out my window, but it has not been open the entire year. However, the latest review states she loves all of these amenities? Clearly the HERE staff gets these reviews posted. Don’t trust any of these reviews. There’s a reason they all sound so fake. Nothing ever gets fixed around here. The place is a joke.

I am so happy with HERE. When choosing a place for my child to live we looked ar many places. I called several times and everyone was so helpful. The amenities are the best and it offers so much including a great location close to everything.

Don’t ever live here. The fan is EXTREMELY NOISY , very inhabitable. That noise coming from the air conditioner and fan is so loud that l can’t even sleep and study at all. Apartment said that they will fix this but they broke it even worse! Now I’ve had no heat for days. Also the sound insulation is terrible here, you can hear the sound from room next door easily. RUN FAST! WORST place to live.

absolutely love spending the day at Here Champaign!! futuristic sports simulator, relaxing terrace hot tub and a BEAUTIFUL game room with bowling and pool for me and my friends. Rachel in the front office is always available to help when needed. I LOVE HERE ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve lived here for awhile now and I have never been as satisfied as I am now, wonderful neighbors, great amenities and don’t even get me started on the staff! They’re always warm and welcoming not to mention polite. 6 stars!!!
